Very close to San Siro stadium. We went for The Weeknd concert D3 and managed to hear the concert and see the fireworks from D2 from our balcony. Also we went by foot to the stadium.
The self check-in was smooth. The apartament is spacious, quiet, well-equiped with everything you need. Good and fast communication with the host.
The subway station is very close (5 minutes by foot) and there is a mall with food court and stores near, 10 minutes by foot (centro comercialle).
We received the deposit money very fast (2 days).

The apartment was clean and location was close to the train station. It was spacious & had AC. Apartment building was pretty quiet and had an elevator. Updated bathrooms. A 30-40 min walk to Stadium.
I did not see a lot of restaurants or stores nearby. Hot water in the apartment did not stay on consistently. We only stayed 2 nights though, so did not really get a good idea of what was around us within walking distance since we did not have time to explore.
