A deception I wish I will never have again in my life

Only the fact that the property is near bus station

First of all I loose like 1hour to find the bedroom keys, no video showing how to open the box where the host put them. At the night the other customers were making noise, high volume of music, running and laughing until 5 AM like there were at their own home. A lost night cause I did not sleep hole night and that gave me serious headache. Trying to tell to the host and say that if it is how they work im gonna find somewhere to spend the next night, she sends me the person who clean bedrooms to take me out then she can clean for new customers. It was a very big deception

Deeply disappointed !

I liked the fact that it was clean (although the bathroom bin didn’t have a plastic bag), also I think that it was comfortable enough for one night, though there wasn’t a tv or anything actually besides a bed and a bathroom.

I really didn’t appreciate the fact that no one informed me that the house was right next to a strip club because if I was travelling with kids I think that it’s something very important to know. Also the neighbourhood wasn’t quiet at all, the were people shouting and singing all night long. It was really hard to get to the house using the metro. We had to walk a really long distance and we had no other way to get there besides calling a super expensive uber. Also in comparison with other houses I have visited the only thing that was offered was two bottles of warm water (it was really hot outside) and two espresso capsules.

I can still recommend it for a short stay.

The property was okay, very clean which is a big plus. The location is not too far from the Milan city center, the tram stop was 5 minutes walk away from the place. There was a couple of cafes to have breakfast.

Unfortunately, we received a different room from what I booked. There was supposed to be 2 sleeping places and we got 1 king size bed… it’s not a problem when you are traveling with a friend, but they shouldn’t just change it for no reason like that. The window was broken in Room 2 and we spent 3 nights in a stuffed room with no ventilation. When I asked the owner to fix it, she said it’s not possible. The soap was not there as it is in the description. There were ants…

Not recommended 🥺

I can unfortunately not recommend this place to anyone. On our way from the airport we got information from the owner through whats app about the city tax and that we were supposed to leave it on the counter when we left. The amount she wrote was much higher than the info on booking.com said. We looked it up on the Milano official site and it turned out to be truly higher than the booking site said, but still less than the owner said. We sent her message about it and then she said that she had made “a mistake” and we said ok that is fine, we will pay what is right. Then she started texting us about that we payed a lot less for the room than she usually asks for (we just paid what booking asked us to pay) and she sounded like she was not happy about it. When we came to the place we were supposed to call her and we did, she had some woman come from inside of the house to collect the tax money because she wanted it straight away, sounded like she did not trust us any more. That woman was calm and polite and went some where inside to get change to give us, and in the meantime the owner called me several times and shouted at me that if I did not pay the city tax I would not get the code to the key box and could not stay in the room. Usually I never get pissed off but this time I lost my patience and let my husband take call number 4, and by then she had learned that we had actually paid in full and we finally got the code to the key box. Air-conditioning in the room offers either 30 degrees heat or no heat/cold at all. Tried to set it on 10 degrees and the heat was on full blast a short time after that…. So no use of that air conditioning. Sun shines through two big windows in the morning and we woke up around 9 like two boiled eggs, and no possibility to open either window as one handle was broken and no handle on the other one….

La sympathie de l’hôtesse La communication simple via Whatsapp, tout est très bien expliqué malgré qu’on ne voit pas l’hôtesse en vrai La réactivité de l’hôtesse Les équipements sont bien La propreté de la chambre

Malheureusement, l’hôtel est mal situé : il est juste à côté d’une boîte de nuit. Il y a eu de la musique jusqu’à pas d’heure, même avec des boules quies j’ai eu du mal à dormir. De plus, on a entendu des bruits de verre pendant la nuit, ce qui nous a plusieurs fois réveillé. À ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, je pense qu’il faut y faire attention (chambre 3)

Per dormirci una notte ci siamo trovati bene

Presenta dei parcheggi gratuiti davanti, è stato facile accedere alle stanze grazie al video che ti mandano dove spiegano bene il tutto, avevamo 2 stanze entrambe con i bagni grandi e puliti, vengono fornite 1 bottiglia di acqua e 1 cialda del caffe a testa gratuitamente. Proprietari molto disponibili.

Avevamo due stanze, una aveva phon e frigobar, l'altra niente. in nessuna c'era la tv. La cosa peggiore è stata nella stanza n5 dietro al divano letto matrimoniale c'è un timer che ticchetta per tutta la notte, è risultato molto fastidioso

Súper bien relación calidad-precio.

Súper cómodo, super espacioso, bien equipado, con café y tetera, el baño limpio, jabón y champú. Tienen una máquina expendedora y todo por fuera. Los dueños son atentos y están pendientes al teléfono, te atienden por WhatsApp.

La ubicación, pero no es culpa de los dueños, nosotros no miramos bien el transporte público antes de reservarlo, la verdad que para coger transporte público había que caminar bastante y para llegar hasta y desde el centro se tardaba mucho, a no ser que cogieras taxi. Hay un streep club al lado, que no molesta exageradamente, pero si eres de sueño ligero ten en cuenta que la música se escucha un poco.

La disponibilità e l'accoglienza di Antonio, molto simpatico. La comunicazione con Simonetta. La macchinetta del caffè, anche se con poche capsule. Il frigo.

Purtroppo, mio malgrado, devo dire che l'esperienza è stata generalmente mediocre. La stanza era piccolissima e scomoda, non c'era nemmeno una sedia. Il letto era scomodo e mancavano le lenzuola di sopra, c'era solo una coperta. C'era un solo sostegno per poggiare tutte le asciugamani. Cioè le asciugamani per la doccia, per la faccia e per il bidet dovevano stare vicino una volta usate (vi lascio immaginare). Inoltre questo sostegno era lontano sia dal lavandino che dal bidet. C'era un solo piccolo rotolo di carta igienica. Non c'era l' aria condizionata come descritto, ma un ventilatore rumoroso.

Nessuna colazione, frigobar vuoto senza neanche l'acqua e soprattutto letto matrimoniale SENZA LENZUOLO DI SOPRA! Per coprirsi solo una coperta...non certo lavata ad ogni utilizzo! Stanza da cui si accede direttamente da una scala antincendio sempre aperta, senza altre porte o portoni. A fianco un centro massaggi cinese e sotto un night club che suona tutta la notte! La camera prenotata prevedeva un divano letto oltre al matrimoniale, mentre all'arrivo è stata cambiata con matrimoniale semplice.

La habitación que nos tocó era bastante cómoda, con baño amplio, muy limpio e instalaciones modernas. Lo Justo y necesario para una estadía corta.

Esta bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad, llegas en unos 45 min al domo o la estación central tomando Metro y bus. La entrada al lugar se comparte con otras instalaciones. Hay un strip club al lado del edificio y un “centro de masajes” en el mismo piso. Si bien el barrio en general es tranquilo y no sentimos ruidos molestos, el entorno es bastante curioso; vimos prostitutas al bajarnos del bus que nos dejaba cerca.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es hatte einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Man hat das Apartment schwer finden können, da google Maps einem zu einem anderen Ort lotst. Die Kontaktperson als auch die Person vor Ort war ein bisschen überfordert und konnte nicht ganz weiterhelfen. Abends wurde es recht laut, da das Apartment über einem Stripclub war. Morgens war es ebenfalls durch die Mülltonnen neben dem Haus recht laut. Also wer seeeehr preiswert in Mailand unterwegs sein will, gerne aber die Gegend, die Lautstärke und die sehr einfache Ausstattung sind dann das, was man bekommt. Ich würde allerdings auch aufgrund der eher kurzen Nacht diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Lokalizacja bardzo daleko od centrum, okolo 50minut z dojsciem na przystanek i dojazdem. Do samego metra też dość daleko, około 20minut. Lokalizacja ogólnie niezbyt ciekawa, baliśmy się wychodzić po zmroku. Obok budynku klub ze striptizem i hałas. Brak internetu, klimatyzacji. Brak papieru toaletowego.

La localisation près de l’arrêt de Tram allant en centre ville. Et l’espace de la grande chambre.

L’établissement est situé juste à côté d’une discothèque, la musique est très forte de 22h à 6h du matin, impossible de dormir convenablement. En plus, les fenêtres fermaient mal. Manque d’isolation au vue des voisins.
