The host is very responsive and communicates very easily. Check-in is easy and well organized. The apartment is very clean and has a well-organized kitchen. Excellent location, very close to public transport. If you have a car, there are parking spaces that are only for the building in which the apartment is located. They are not personal to the apartment, but we always found free spaces.
The air conditioner in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The noise it makes is comparable to a gasoline lawn mower, it is impossible to sleep with such noise. And the weather was very hot.

Nous avons eu froid car les températures étaient basses pour un mois de mai et malheureusement nous n’avons pu allumer le chauffage car il est central et que normalement à cette période là il fait bon dehors

Muito iluminada, área comum bem espaçosa. O anfitrião foi muito solícito respondendo dúvidas, ajudando com dicas e check in muito bem indicado. Bairro muito tranquilo, ideal para famílias.
Por ser época de feira, o custo foi relativamente alto, porém, faz parte de eventos em cidades turísticas.
