Concerning location. Clean and okay accommodation

The property was very clean, dishes, kitchen appliances, towels were good.

The accommodation had amazing reviews which I don’t understand and we were disappointed :( most importantly the location is really bad. Certosa neighborhood and via Antonio Mambretti street appeared to be sketchy and dangerous. We were scared to walk at night especially alone. We heard gunshots once or twice as well. The key is locked at a sketchy place in bushes as well, where you have to find it. 5 minutes away on another street (that was the first sketchy thing). It’s far from the city (which we knew) and takes multiple trains to get there, which gets sketchy at night. The bathroom door didn’t lock-we were 8 and always had to inform others to not come in. The sofa beds were really uncomfortable as well. There were only tiny packets of shower gel/shampoo. We bought two bottles. There was no oil, sugar, or salt-it would be nice to have the basics for cooking. Overall the accommodation was clean and okay but location very concerning.

The apt is super clean and comfortable. The host is wonderful and super responsive. Super market, there is a store that sells everything when I say everything I mean it from charges to clothes to Christmas decor within walking distance. The tram that takes you downtown and to the central station(12) is less than a block away (to the right of the apt.

I would recommend checking in during light hours. Everyone told me the area is safe and I felt super safe during the day. I was traveling with my kids so as a mom I took extra precautions and ordered food at night.

Time well spent in Milano

we went in 8 people and there was enough space for everyone. the area is quiet and clean; close to the metro, about 5 mins walk distance. in the area there are shops such as Lidl so there was no problem with shopping. The bus station was only 7 minutes away by taxi. we want to say thanks to the neighbors next door who took us by his own car to the station at 7 am because there were no available taxis. The owner of the house was also nice , easy to contact with him a very helpful. we had a good time.

Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista! Casa pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario. Letto comodissimo e ambiente molto silenzioso. Host gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e preciso nelle comunicazioni. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Casa molto accogliente per famiglie o gruppi di amici , abbastanza grande con molti posti letti per dormire , proprietari scrupolosi per la pulizia e ordine , è strategica anche la posizione dove si trova . Consiglio a tutti

Hervorragender Gastgeber mit gepflegter, sauberer Wohnung

Der Gastgeber war ausnehmend freundlich und hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und auf jede Frage schnell und ausführlich reagiert. Die Anweisungen zum Parken und Schlüssel abholen haben wir rechtzeitig per Whatsapp als Video bekommen, alles war dann wie beschrieben. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einen kleinen Park mit Spielplatz sowie eine Pizzeria direkt in der Nähe haben wir auf Empfehlung des Gastgebers besucht und dort herrliche Stunden verbracht! Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, es riecht frisch, alles ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für uns gewesen. Herzlichen Dank ☀️

Die Umgebung ums Wohnhaus ist nicht besonders einladend, es gibt leider viel Müll- aber dafür kann natürlich der Gastgeber nichts. Wir haben uns trotzdem absolut wohlgefühlt. Lassen Sie sich davon nicht abschrecken.

Dobry wybór na krótki wypad.

Mieszkanie duże i komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone.Super kontakt z właścicielem. Dobra komunikacja pociągiem do centrum. Spędziliśmy 5 dni czteroosobową rodziną i mieszkanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania.

Okolica jest spokojna, ale dużo śmieci na ulicy i chodnikach, więc pierwsze wrażenie nie jest przyjemne. Kabina prysznicowa trochę pożółkła i czarne kropki między płytkami można by potraktować jakąś chemią ze względów estetycznych.

Soggiorno perfetto a Milano! Abbiamo trascorso un weekend indimenticabile in questo B&B e non possiamo che lasciare una recensione eccellente. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e disponibilità: l’ospitalità dei proprietari è davvero fuori dal comune, sempre pronti a dare consigli utili su cosa visitare in città. La pulizia è impeccabile: tutto profuma di fresco e le casa è curata nei minimi dettagli. Il comfort del letto e la tranquillità dell’ambiente ci hanno permesso di riposare splendidamente dopo giornate intense in giro per Milano. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di parcheggio nella grossa area di parcheggio gratuita proprio di fianco la via di casa, un grande vantaggio soprattutto per chi, come noi, viaggia in auto. In sintesi: posizione strategica, accoglienza calorosa, casa splendida e servizi eccellenti. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e di qualità a Milano!
