Accessibilité et amabilité du gérant.
Petite odeur récurrente de cigarettes dans la cage d’escalier. Difficulté à trouver une place de parking à proximité. Un emplacement parking serait apprécié.

Appartement largement suffisant pour nous 3, dans un bâtiment propre, calme, nous étions côté jardin et non côté la nationale tout près, pas de bruit la nuit, moustiquaire partout, grande cuisine, voiture garée sous la fenêtre 2ème étage avec ascenseur, quartier calme, tram à 300m, directe au centre-ville (17 arrêts), le seul bémol l'intenet basique (promission d'amélioration à l'avenir). On est restés sans soucis pendant 11 nuitées. On a visité Milan en tram, métro et à pied, ensuite Bergamo, Pavia, Chiarravalle, Monza, Abbiategrasso et autres en train de la Milano Centrale. Un grand point pour nous en tant que retraités a été le bon rapport qualité/prix.
Un peu loin du centre surtout que les trams faisaient souvent des pannes. Et puis le wifi très faible.

Großzügige Wohnung im 2ten Stock, gute Ausstattung..Parkplätze waren immer welche vorhanden.
Bei Temperaturen um die 30 Grad ohne Klimaanlage schon grenzwertig. Manche Kleinigkeiten waren defekt.
