Great location, comfortable accommodation, needing some more consideration and care.

The location was great, within easy walking distance of the centre of Keswick and Fitz Park, and not too far to Derwentwater. The appartment was comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The parking space is a bonus.

Overall the property was fine for a holiday, but some extra personal touches would have made it special. We were disappointed that there was no tea or coffee. The bathroom door did not shut properly. As the shower was in the bath, it would have been very helpful to have a 'grab rail' on the far wall. The front lawn and the hedge need trimming We stayed here two years ago, and were rather dismayed that despite the same furnishings and kitchen items, the price had increased by over 33%.

A short brake for me and my wife for my 60th birthday.

The location was perfect for walking in to town through Fitz park, 15 mins max as parking in town is difficult.

Nice, modern spacious apartment for 2 people. Not too far to walk in to Keswick but far enough away to be quiet at night. The bedroom is a good size an thebed was really comfy.

The sofa wasn't the most comfortable I've ever sat on but it was still OK.

Excellent location, very clean and modern apartment with everything you could want for a short stay.

I found the mattress too soft and uncomfortable. Blackout blinds would have helped in the bedroom which became light very early in the morning, especially with the side windows not having anything covering them. Also found the internet was very slow and dropped out a few times.

We really enjoyed staying here in Keswick and would recommend to anyone else coming to the area - thank you!

Very comfortable and excellent location

The only small issue is that the blinds in the bedroom don’t fully cover the window panes (the triangular ones at the side) - when sunrise is at 4.30am sunlight is coming in very early in the day! Other than this everything was great.
