The location was fabulous, close to all amenities. Just tucked away by the river, with a beautiful view of the hills. Very quiet area and quiet flat. We went at New year which is very very busy.
We also took our well behaved dogs. Just letting you know there were no fireworks, no displays set off in Keswick, on New Year’s Eve, Dog loving town. Dogs are allowed in mostly all shops, cafe’s, pubs etc.
No car is really needed. Buses next door to Booths supermarket ( 3 minute walk ) £6 return taking you all the way to Lancaster, through Ambleside and Windermere.
Very close to many shops, restaurants and pubs.
Derwent water and the many walks available right from your doorstep.
Would highly recommend.
This is a top floor flat, consisting of 3 flights of stairs with no lift. This was no problem for our party of 4. If you have poor mobility this flat may not be for you ?
Now this is being really picky, because I forgot to bring mine. An air fryer. This might have stopped the fire alarm going off with the slightest bit of smoke. But that’s me being really picky. But got over this by eating out in the many eating places available….. Perfect.

Location is fabulous, beautiful apartment which you can tell is loved.
I wasn’t expecting top floor, but perhaps my reading comprehension needs improving!

Excellent apartment, great location. Head one way for the town, head the other and you get to the lake (was surprised how close it was) lovely warm and comfy apartment. Great that you allow dogs. Will come again.
Slight issue with the keys, the key to the front door was bent and would not go into key hole. Took half an hour to get through on the phone but once I did someone was there immediately and replaced it no questions which was great.
