Insufficient plug sockets in bedrooms. Freezer door was broken but owner was aware of that. Couldn't open the door outside from kitchen.

Very good location in a quiet area within a short walk of the town centre, great kitchen dining and living space for groups to spend time, generally very clean and comfortable.

Location. Views. Space. Location was great. House was enormous! Chose this place because of the huge shared space as I booked it for my partner’s family (his parents and his 2 siblings) - so we needed a lot of space for catching up & hanging out. Really loved the big counter in the kitchen as a breakfast/drinks/chatting area. The dining table was also huge for the 7 of us. Living room was absolutely lovely and had a fantastic view of the mountains. Actually, all the rooms had a great view of the mountains. We were lucky to catch the most beautiful sunset on our first evening on check-in. Bedrooms were spacious, enough for alot of bags. All of us got our little private space, while having all that dining/living area. The house is about 10 mins stroll into town. There was a BBQ pit outside (for summer) and a lovely patio area in front of the house for warmer days. The host, Glenn, was very responsive & extremely helpful. Directions were clear. I really enjoyed this B&B and would definitely stay there again if I ever make it to the Lake District again!

Host made it really easy to access the property, no faffing around and it was spotless when we got there, proximity to keswick town centre and some great walks was brilliant, the house is bigger than even the photos make it look. Looking forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Location was great- easy walk into town for restaurants and shops. Very spacious house which was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very friendly. Lovely terrace area with great views.

A towel rail or even a hook on the door in the upstairs bathroom would have been useful.

What a fantastic rental house!! It was so spacious, plenty of rooms, both bedrooms and living space, for our family of 7, 4 bathrooms to choose from, and fully stocked with everything we could need. Beautiful views from the windows. Ample parking. It was only a 5 minute walk into town. Everything was wonderful! I will look to stay here again the next time we are in Keswick!

Everything was great, the location, facilities and host. Price was also affordable and will definitely look to come back.

Lovely location and base for a nice break. The house is perfect with everything you need, like home from home and even better being able to take the dogs.

Clean, large, crazy value for money, great location and great extra facilities which other places didn’t have such as multiple parking spaces. Honestly was such a comfortable stay and will definitely be booking again.

Maybe a larger living room tv and some essentials such as tea bags, sugar and milk in the fridge before we arrived

It was very clean, well equipped accommodation. So much space and the coal affect fire was a big hit. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked another stay at the beginning of the year.
