We were sent a door code. This made accessibility easy for both check in but also travelling as a small group because it didn’t mean we had to coordinate who had the keys and allowed flexibility
The sofa bed was comfortable but very basic. Did the job.

Good heating system
Slow broadband, some of my sent emails were not received, and twice the Tv stalled.
Hair dryer did not give any heat.
Pillows were hard.
