Facilties good but problem with upstairs toilet
Upstairs toilet had a leak when flushed. Host acknowledged and we sent photographs via WhatsApp. Notified host on Saturday morning but nothing done when we checked out on Sunday.
WiFi TV needed rebooting a few times as films stopped playing.

The property was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable.
There is only one shower and no spare towels.

Jin was a very attentive and helpful host and gave us all the information we needed. The house was absolutely fine for our needs (a local wedding) and was very clean. It was easy to find and the keycode worked well. The area is a fairly quiet residential road and there is plenty of parking. The shower is good and there are two separate toilets. There is a One-Stop general store about 5 mins walk away which is open from 6am-10pm every day. The kitchen is well equipped with a good oven plus hob, a decent sized fridge, toaster and washing machine and plenty of cooking implements. Also a cafetiere which was much appreciated. Jin left us fresh milk, tea and biscuits which was very kind. Jin informed us that there was food from the previous guests left in the fridge as they were coming back after the weekend but it wasn't a problem for us.
There was a problem with the hot water but we managed to fix that with guidance from our host but it broke again the next day. The house is rather dated inside with wood chip wallpaper everywhere with difficult handles and badly repaired locks on the bedroom and toilet doors. The bedrooms are quite small so with two double beds in each, there is very little space around them to put luggage. As I said, it was adequate for our needs on a short stay but for a longer stay this could be a problem. The garden is rather unkept with a lot of old cardboard in the hedge by the front door so it doesn't feel very loved.
