Spacious Kitchen, one spacious and cleaned bathroom

The living room had a broken tile which was a hazard to kids, but we blocked the area with a sofa to cover( unfortunately we couldn’t take a picture and let the owner knows, so she thinks we broke it. I explained her a few times without a hammer, we can’t break that strong floor tile), I’m going to state here negatives of the property that I let the owner lady knows already and I said her I’d complain to Booking. com and local authority. So she has done it like this. Hi Faiza, I can’t see here my message that I sent you earlier, so for double check, I’m responding again, As 7 members of our group caught to seasonal flu there , the holiday was a nightmare, just stayed home having medications.Yet no better hence the reply was late. First of all, the broken tiles in the living room, there is nothing in that area apart from the old fire place. We never think to set fire there with kids so no need to sit stand or jump there to break tiles. Once we saw it, we blocked the area with a sofa, for the kid’s safety. We thought you know it already. But it’s our mistake of not having a picture and let you know at our first sight. The second, If you had visited the property after we left, you could have seen the kitchen , cupboards, utensils etc,,,, were same as our first day there. Because we are regular travellers and we used to carry all the stuff that we need, I meat plates, cooking pans, rice cookers, cutlery, cups, knives etc. Because if we scratched any item while we are cleaning, that would cost us.So if there any damage in the kitchen, that cupboard door, should’ve been there prior to us, as we didn’t try to open any. The third thing about the dryer button, we planned to spend 4 days and the clothes were ready for 4 days. We didn’t want to wash dry and wear the same clothes again for us or kids. So there was no need to touch it. So I’m really sorry about those things that you concern that is out of our control.

The interior of the house was awful 😖.. cleanliness wise was horrible. Plug sockets hanging off the wall. There was a rats 🐀 nest of rubbish behind one of the bed heads.what looked like Blood stains over curtains. Wall paper ripped off the wall in patches. Just yeah not exactly what was shown on the tin 🙄. Flooring was broken an falling apart.

Great value for money and ticked all the boxes for our stay.

Wifi was a bit choppy - but was not a huge issue as we were only staying one evening.

Every thing was perfect, nice and clean with all the required things to make this a perfect property. Fast details for a smooth check in and good parking spaces too. I will stay in the future

Old charm, big family spaces. Great garden.

WiFi didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work. Very bad leak on the landing which woke us all up. Living room carpet was filthy. Needs TLC, ripped wallpaper, yellowing paint. Had to strip 5 beds in the morning per house rules.

Large and clean host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating 😊
