Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The home was clean and welcoming. We had some minor issues with parking that were quickly solved. Our party of 6 had ample space and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.We enjoyed the park adjacent to the back yard and enjoyed our coffee on the patio. The beach and town were easily walkable. Once we parked, we didn’t move our vehicles until we left!

Overall it was great. Good location and had everything we needed. The parking was an issue as the site says 2 spaces and there is only one. We made it work but one car had to park in the bushes.

We found the location of the home home to the beach and boardwalk very convenient. The one-story layout was good for the little ones and the home is located on the lake which had a variety of bunnies, turtles and a deer which the kids enjoyed. The home was pretty clean with the exception that one of the sinks was stopped up and despite attempts, was never fixed. When we arrived the outdoor shower did not work and had to be turned on which took a day to rectify.
