Comfortable hotel near everything

Quick check in. Location was good, next to the train station and only 10 minutes to the center. Room was sufficient. The hotel has a rooftop terrace, unfortunately in winter its not really open, but has a great view overlooking the city. Unlimited and free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. Dogs welcome.

Not tea kettle in room, but was available in the lobby. Parking underground is not big, so we didnt have a spot. However we did find free street parking across the street from the hotel.

A great hotel for a City-trip

The hotel was very good, although we had a small room; at the sixth floor there was a great rooftop-terras. The airconditioning in the whole hotel was perfect. The breakfast was good.

The family room was very spacious and spot clean. The bathroom was amazing which was spacious and had a great shower. Staffs were polite and supportive. Comfy beds and air conditioning made the stay cozy. Secured parking, though limited and requires pre booking.

Breakfast was passable for the cost. Also expensive added cost for the onsite parking wasn’t clear on booking.com.

Clean basic hotel with excellent underground parking

This is a popular European chain that provides basic rooms in many cities . I visited as part of a motorbike tour , big bonus is very secure underground car park . Breakfast is better than normal for this chain . Location is a short walk from several bars and restaurants. It’s quiet despite being next to train station. Rooms are big so I could lay out the motorbike gear . Good bathroom

I can’t think of any negatives , it’s a bit basic but clean and idea for any traveler not looking for any frills .

Namur visit made easy

Great location, very close to the University of Namur and train station. There is a possibility to aerate the room naturally for some time or cut off external noises by closing windows and using A/C. The bed was very comfortable, curtains enebled rest by blocking lights completely. There is a possibility to resign of the room service. You can make yourself a cup of tea/coffee downstairs near check-in. Breakfasts have sweet and savory choices. Thre is a lovely terrace on the highest floor available for guests within certain time limits. The hotel staff is very kind and supportive

Perfect for a weekend in Namur

A comfortable walking distance to Namur's historical center, museums, and the citadel, and also steps from the train station. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, good heating (we visited in winter) and totally soundproof. Buffet breakfast was also really nice.

Staff made error with late checkout. Cleaner woke me up and then receptionist woke me up once more even though I had a ‘don’t disturb’ sign. So goodbye sleep. My late checkout fee got reimbursed.

Very good hotel for the price

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Good breakfast. Lovely that you can help yourself to tea and coffee when you want. It was also nice and quiet. Our room was quite small but we were out most of the day so that didn’t matter much.

It was a little bit dirty on the door in the bathroom. I told the hotel and they cleaned it for us or offered to switch rooms but that wasn’t necessary, the rest was very clean.

An all round excellent experience. The location was less than five minutes' walk from the railway station and not far from the centre of town. Room, staff, cleanliness and quality of breakfast couldn't be faulted. Would definitely go back.

Hard to be picky when the experience was so good, but facilities for making tea and coffee in the room would have been very welcome.

Wonderful stay at this hotel.

It was very well located. Walking distance to the centre of the city. Although very close to the train station you could not hear the trains. This property is brand new. It was very clean. Offered very nice breakfasts. It also has free lockers for your suitcases which is very practical. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.

There is presently road work on the street in front of the hotel but this is temporary.

Central, nice staff, Clean Rooms.

Staff very easy going and helpful not judgmental as we were having a stag party. Rooms were spacious and clean with a very nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was ok, standard service, we had to wait for some items for quite a bit but as we were not directly in a hurry...

Common areas on the floors could have been cleaner, seemed someone also had a stag party at some time, they however had left a souvenir which I believe could have been cleaned. (Stained carpets) We could have been informed that there was an outside parking next to the hotel rather then paying, quite a bit, for an indoor parking.

New and rooms are neat and well equiped. Not too spacious but fine. Breakfast offers a broad and varied choice. Be sure to get there early up in the morning bcs else you need to wait sometimes before to be seated. Conveniently located in city center and very close to the central train station.

Be sure to ask about the night parking for your car if needed. You can use the neighbouring parking lots besides the railway station at own risk. Hotel advises to pay for the private gated parking house accross the street.

Great base to explore Namur and the region

Great location right next to the station and an easy walk to Namur’s bars, shops etc. Very friendly staff who also welcomed our dogs with a bowl of water in the room and doggy cushions. The room was clean and comfortable, quiet and dark overnight despite looking over the main road.

Check-out process was a little clunky and time-consuming (but the guy was nice!)

Modern hotel with good location.

Very clean, modern and airy hotel. Beds where great. Small rooms but well equipped and clean. Walking distance to old town and beautiful park. Dogs are welcome. We could park our car for free right outside the hotel. Free coffee was available in the lobby. We couldn't afford the breakfast buffet at the hotel but were still allowed to use the lobby area for eating our sandwiches. Noted that the breakfast buffet seemed really nice. The location right next to the railway station is both good and bad, we were lucky and were not disturbed.

It seemed there were no family rooms so we had to book two doubles. The hotel is in the middle of a construction area. Expensive breakfast.
