Honestly, it was such a beautiful and memorable night spent with my family. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. What I loved the most was how incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their genuine warmth and hospitality really made our experience even more special.🙏🏽
If there is one small thing I would mention, it would be the private pool in the villa. I personally found it a little smaller than I expected. However, this did not take away from the experience at all, as everything else about the villa was absolutely wonderful.👍🏽

ERTH was a lovely and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our time there feel so special. The buffet dinner was extremely high quality and so tasty with a great selection of food! The gym was especially well equipped and the overall facilities were top tier.

The location, the staffs, rooms , service and the breakfast. Generally everything was great in this property as first time visit.
I didn’t like one staff in the gym as she was not behaving professionally!

Location good although a bit soulless
Room 2169. Windows were so dirty could hardly see through them. TV did not work and soundproofing between rooms really poor. This was rather disappointing.
