ERTH Abu Dhabi Hotel

The location is great and it does have lots of activities to do The place is clean and well thought out. We spent one night to celebrate my best friend birthday and the hotel made it so special with their warm welcome, decorated the room, offered a cake and left a very nice thoughtful message and gave us an upgrade. Everyone from staff were really sweet people including receptionist Marco and gullia. Left the stay refreshed and well taken care off Definitely coming back!!

Stayed as a couple in the hotel during the weekdays. It is outstanding. Hotel just had a renovation - it looks super stylish and high class with the level of service that you will be satisfied with. Restaurant was amazing. We had breakfast included and decided to go for dinner. Dinner is not cheap - 50 USD per person, but variety and quality of food is outstanding. Worth it.

Hotel provides access for gym, spa and Olympic pool (50 metres long), however on the day when we decided to go for spa - it was “ladies only day”, so we didn’t enjoy it enough. The rest was just perfect

I absolutely loved my stay at ERTH! The ladies’ gym facilities were amazing, and the pool area was fantastic. The staff were absolutely incredible and made the stay even more special. I can’t wait to go back again!

Nothing to fault — I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Honestly, what I liked most about the hotel was its beautiful interior design and how well-organized everything was. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The food was also delicious and clean. I tried both breakfast and dinner, and I really enjoyed both meals.

This was my second experience at this hotel, and honestly, I was shocked by the difference in service. My first stay was a perfect 10/10, and I genuinely wanted to come back and enjoy the same experience again. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. First, when we arrived, the valet staff left us waiting, and no one came to take our car. At reception, we were repeatedly directed from one desk to another, even though the hotel was not busy. The whole process was unnecessarily frustrating. I had booked two rooms, but in one of them, the fridge had not been cleaned and still contained food left behind by previous guests! This was completely unacceptable and raised concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. To make matters worse, late at night, we were disturbed by the loud noise of a drill and what sounded like someone banging and kicking the wall above us. It was extremely annoying and made it difficult to relax. Sadly, after such a wonderful first experience, this stay was far below my expectations, and I was very disappointed.
