A perfect, romantic, and unforgettable stay with outstanding service and attention to detail.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service and customer care were exceptional, and the atmosphere of the hotel is truly beautiful and relaxing. A special thank you to Mai, who responded immediately to our email regarding our wedding photo permit and arranged a beautiful romantic room decoration for us. We walked into the room and found the bed fully decorated with flowers like a bridal suite – it was such a magical surprise!!

Beautiful quaint and peaceful. Amazing service . Salman at the concierge/ bell desk was Amazing !! What a guy he truly is a gem and made our stay so special . It’s amazing what someone who welcomes you and greets you for the first time in the property can make you feel. He is a real star . Mary at check in and Avaz at check out were also good . Nice staff and good memories . We celebrated my husband s birthday and it was a nice pleasant staycation .

Management failure at best, at worst that is possibly fraudulent experience!

This is not my first stay at this Ritz, and I’ve always enjoyed my stay here .. but this time it was weirdly different. Room service was appalling … and my checkout experience was a nightmare.

Room service was major failure. While I had paid for full room and board (all meals), I opted for dinner in my room on the night of my arrival. The food took so long to get to me, it was cold and bland and not what I had ordered. While that was a major failure, it wasn’t the worst part of my stay … On checking out, I found that the hotel had been charging me for services I DID NOT use. Phone calls I never made! At best that’s a management failure, at worst that is possibly fraudulent. Either way, how does The Ritz allow something like this happen. While I have other stays with the Ritz booked, in other parts of the world; I will for certainly never stay at this Ritz nor recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the hotel's impeccable standards. The service was outstanding; the team is professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us. Additionally, the room was large, featured modern amenities, and had a nice view. Gym-goers will also appreciate the excellent fitness center on-site.

If I were to be picky, the French croissants (served during breakfast) could have been fresher and crunchier, especially for a 5-star hotel.

We had a wonderful 7-night family stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal and overall it was an excellent experience. The rooms are genuinely large, bright, and very spacious — ideal when traveling with family — and everything felt comfortable and well maintained. The heated pool was a major highlight for us, especially in January: the temperature was perfect and we were able to truly relax, swim comfortably, and even sunbathe during the day. For families, the property works very well: having a kids’ playground on-site was a big plus and made our days easier and more enjoyable. The atmosphere around the resort is beautiful and calm, and even though the Venetian Village area is still under construction, it didn’t affect our stay at all — we still found the surroundings peaceful and pleasant. The staff deserve special mention: everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We also booked half board and it was a great choice — it includes 4 restaurants, and we found the food consistently very good, varied, and enjoyable, with a nice dining experience each time.

We had two evenings in a row with alarm incidents. On the first evening, we were asked to pay attention to an announcement, but the microphone/audio cut off, which was confusing. On the second evening, what seemed like a fire alarm went off around 2 a.m. and then stopped abruptly. What we didn’t appreciate was that there was no follow-up communication from the hotel explaining what happened or reassuring guests afterward.

Ultimate resort for a fantastic family trip - excellent ambiance, great amenities, great food!

Resort team - 10 out of 10. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Ms Selvia is amazing person and a star in providing excellent customer service. When she came to know that we are a big group of 10 family members (7 adults and 3 kids), she gave nice soft toys to the kids, gave us water bottles to carry in the car on our way back and also a cute box of dates. She was full of positive energy and reflected a very good image of the resort. She even carried our luggage and came to see us off till we got inside our cars. Thanks Ms Selvia, you are a star team member in Ritz Carlton! Mr. Moustafa also gave us good experience during check-in time. Thanks Ambiance - 10 out of 10. Luxury, comfort and convenience - 10 out of 10. Food - 10 out of 10. Wide variety of delicious food items in the breakfast buffet. We also had a fantastic dinner in Punjab Grill restaurant inside the resort. Rooms - 10 out of 10. Clean, neat, very spacious with balcony and nice canal and poo views. Swimming pool and amenities - 10 out of 10. There is access to private beach as well. Fantastic overall experience! Many thanks to whole team of Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal!!

The pool was amazing. The staff were helpful and courteous. The location next to the mosque was lovely.

The renovations to Venetian Village meant that lots of the facilities were unavailable. We stayed in a Garden Villa which was a bit dark and old fashioned.

The fact that the stuff were so so nice . No, I think nice is understatement. They are just Amazing. We always had fun at Ritz Carlton Dubai but Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi has taken the trophy for their warm hospitality. We didn’t miss home during our stay. The atmosphere was great, food at the Lebanese restaurant was perfect,clean and welcoming environment . We will surely miss Ritz Carlton and we would choose these beautiful place anytime we think of Abu Dhabi. I want to use this opportunity to thank all the stuff for everything. Each one played a role in making my family happy.It wouldn’t have been fun without you guys. Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾😍

We had a great time at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi

Great staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel, we stayed at a villa which was incredibly spacious and fully equipped. The pool is huge and, like the rest of the hotel areas, it wasn't crowded at all.

The villa we stayed in was close to a padel court. We heard noise from the court until late evening

Not so pleasant!

Nice location and pool area

Extremely noisy! In the evening you can hear all the music coming from other hotels on the other side of the waterfront. I had to change room at 10.30pm as it was just impossible to sleep. On top of this, the hotel is doing some renovation/extension work. Wherever you go during the day (beach/pool) you have the music coming again from the other side of the waterfront, you have different musics coming from the hotel (pool/restaurants) and we had some non-stop drilling work coming from the main hotel balcony going on both on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. I had to complain 4 times on Saturday to have it stopped but was there again on Sunday afternoon. I just don't understand why this kind of work has to go on during weekends when the hotel is full. That was not a pleasant and relaxing stay! The hotel has to work on the decibels! PS : I stayed 2 nights...had to change room on the first night...the manager at the time told us he would make it up the following day...never saw that guy again. Please don't say anything if you are not capable of keeping your words. Makes things even worse!!!

The service was outstanding, every single member of staff we encountered was exceptional. Special thanks to Gamal on guest relations, Habib on reception, and Aqib, our very attentive bell-boy. The facilities are great, the grounds are stunning and lovingly maintained, and all the little touches really made our stay feel special. We were there for our wedding photoshoot, and the staff went over and above to make sure we had the perfect stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, and service from staff was incredible - each and every person was so kind, polite, accommodating. Food at breakfast was amazing with so much choice and variety to cater to different dietary requirements which I really appreciated as a health & fitness professional. Gym had everything you’d want or need, and pool area was lovely too with plenty of space and sun loungers + a great playlist to add to the chilled vibe! Would definitely stay here again!
