Room was Ultra Clean and well poised. Breakfast was amazing.
They should have at least few things offered FOC from the minibar while the discount for the restaurant and bar can get better.

Room: The room was spacious, elegant, and exceptionally well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall design created a calm, luxurious atmosphere. Small details — from thoughtful amenities to impeccable housekeeping — made the stay feel effortless and relaxing.
Breakfast: Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. The selection was extensive, offering both international and local options, all fresh and beautifully presented. Service was attentive without being intrusive, making it a perfect start to the day.
Pool: The pool area was excellent — peaceful, well-organised, and ideal for unwinding. Comfortable loungers, attentive poolside service, and a relaxing ambience made it easy to spend hours simply enjoying the surroundings.
Overall, the experience reflected true Ritz-Carlton hospitality: refined, professional, and genuinely welcoming, especially Mr Subham, who was very polite and quite helpful. A wonderful stay that I would happily recommend and look forward to repeating.
While the overall experience was excellent, a few minor areas could be improved. During peak breakfast hours, the restaurant felt slightly crowded, which made the pace of service a bit slower than expected for a luxury property.
These were small points in an otherwise outstanding stay but addressing them would further elevate the guest experience.
