The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed and will probably ever stay. We were made to feel very special. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and my daughter turned 7. The staff made us feel so special. The Palace itself is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and sells itself. This was amazing value for money, with an amazing family pool with waterslides and lazy river; amazing amenities in the rooms; a stunning beach with the warmest stillest waters I've ever swam in; complimentary camel riding, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. The list goes on - It's perfect!

Restaurant options inside the hotel was very good. The facilities such as the beach and pools were very clean. Staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was very secure with security roaming the grounds.

Doorman were amazing . Joseph took care of us brilliantly . Reception staff were very poor for both check in and check out . Everything else was perfect

The hotel is nice, but honestly, it doesn’t stand out. None of the rooms have a great view, and while the palace nearby is beautiful, the rooms, amenities, and overall experience are pretty standard. There’s nothing here that you can’t get at many other hotels in Abu Dhabi.

Service is much better than previous Kempinski hotel.

Hospitality is second to none. Good amenities, good choice of restaurants. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. This is our second stay at the Emirates palace hotel and we are planning to come back again

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team at the club lounge – they were absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, and the service made us feel right at home. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Service was exceptional

Service for a MO was very dissatisfying, and disappointing. Specially the pools, beach and cleaning areas. Pool and beach staff was not friendly and don’t get service at all. Rooms cleaning was terrible, they would leav their own garbage plastic bags and also staff was smelling bad and the rooms and left the rooms very smelly. Reception were impeccable. Was not expecting this kind of service at a MO.

In our fourth stay at the Emirates Palace, despite its iconic and beautiful reputation, we have decided that this may be our final experience. We opted for a three-night stay in an EP Club Room, but our experience was disappointing. Attempts to enhance the experience, such as providing Diptyque toiletries or a basket of fruits, were unsuccessful. The amenities did not improve our stay compared to previous accommodations with superior views and larger room square footage. On our first night, there was shower gel only for my husband shower and on our third night, shampoo was unavailable. Additionally, it was challenging to locate a towel attendant at the pool. During our previous stays, we were consistently greeted by a butler upon check-in. However, this time, we were informed of the presence of a butler but never had the opportunity to interact with him or her. While the EP Club was pleasant, it did not meet our expectations. The check-in process was smooth, but the check-out process was chaotic. There was insufficient information regarding the menu and drink hours? which left the whole experience a little “cheap”. Last month, we stayed at Atlantis the Royal, where the “Club Room” was exceptional. From the exquisite menu that included caviar to the exceptional drinks, it was a perfect experience. We encountered several other issues during our stay and have already reported them.

We went for my husband's birthday to enjoy a week end in the Palace. It was beyond all our expectations. The place is beautiful, service was definitely 5 stars. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live the "arabic dream" !

This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!

Overall good hard product, some parts of the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are modern. The services are below standards of Mandarin Oriental. No welcome fruits, just a box of mini sweets. No one showed me the room and lack of attention from the pool staff. The room service food were terrible. I had a stir-fry vegetable with chicken for dinner. It was the worst Chinese food I ever had. It was too salty, and sour also overcooked. It is unacceptable from a hotel brand with Asian heritage. Overall not worth the hype.

Its was a pleasant stay. The place is huge. But the views were amazing and the pools were really beautiful. The only criticism would be the room service food. They could use a quality check. Had higher expectations for a hotel of this quality.
