A peaceful cliff-top hotel with beautiful mountain views!

We really enjoyed the quiet location on top of the cliff and the beautiful mountain views from our balcony. The spa was excellent, the food was very good, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. We would definitely love to come back again in the summer!

Calm family hotel with amazing view and homemade food.

A fairly large spa complex, a large selection of saunas, an extremely clean pool. A beautiful view from the spa area. Amazing high-end restaurant-style dinners. Homemade food. High quality staff, ski room. Snacks during the day.

Bad coffee, beds were worn out, queen bed made of two separate mattresses, fitness zone has really bad trainers. Old part of the hotel needs restoration. All drinks are paid during dinner, no exeption.

Relaxing weekend

The location was great, very quite, peaceful and surrounded by nature and mountains. The restaurant offers a various choice of food for breakfast and also the dinner menu was delicious.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi water temperature was too cold for the winter season.

+ View from the swimming pool, that´s really georgeous + Delecious food, big thanks to the chef, everything was very tasty, lamb was definately top

- Road to the hotel, none of reviews mentions it, but it´s 1 side 2 way road (literally, you need to stop to pass another car) in the mountains, through some bridges, edges etc. PLUS if snowing you will nee WHEEL CHAINS!!! They hide this information !! But really if it was snowing we won´t be able to get to the hotel - Service, to make a better picture we paid 300EUR per night, so similar to Incontinental, Hilton or Aqua Dome (if you book in advance). Upfront receptionist needs to give me all information, NOT ME asking basic questions. People are very fake there and want to RIP YOU OFF, they charged me 2.5EUR for TAP Water, Carl!!!! then explained that this is service of the waiter who went to the bathroom and gave me the water and cleaning of glasses ->UNACCEPTABLE Next -> Parking story, where the parking first line of hotel is only for check in/check out and you need to repark the car on some garage, which is usually full also on the hill. Listen guys, I can park anywhere on the hotel ares, given no LEGAL restrictions and you can´t ask me to repark. - Swimming pool great, but one day teabags are missing, second day glasses, thord day water. in 3 days couldn´t even drink a normal cup of tea. Room is 300 EUR to reiterate. - Room facility, some drunk russian was designing the rooms. We had 2 rooms and a kitchen kind of, given it had cupboards and no teapot, coffeemachine. In the rooms to TV so we needed to watch it in the kitchen, seriously ? TV signals was super bad, majority didn´t work, plus sockets in the middle of the wall, how i can even charge my phone? Overall I don´t think i will return, better to go to Raddison Blue Bukovel, where there is great service, atmosphere, maybe not that high mountains, but weather definatelly better

It’s a nice, clean and quiet hotel. Good that they serve dinner too, because there’s no place to find food in the neighborhood.

Bed linen is not soft, Scratches the skin. In the confirmation email from the hotel, checkout was mentioned to be at 10:00 am! That was annoying. My request for late checkout got rejected. In the Booking.com the checkout time is at 10:30. Only found at the hotel that checkout time is actually 11:00 am! Still early, but just something to consider when planning your return trip. You need a car to go to this property. It’s uphill. Not too many taxis around the area and if you find one (coming from Solden), it’s very expensive. Going to Solden for the ski resort is also possible with bus, but very limited timetable (hotel drops/pickup at/from busstop 3times a day)

Locatie is mooi en rustig. faciliteiten zijn top. vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en het diner is heerlijk.

Taxibusje dat je naar het hotel bracht vanaf de skibushalte reed maar 1 x per uur.

Wunderschönes Panorma und ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, ruhig und nicht überlaufen und der Bereich hat ein unfassbar schönes Berg Panorama! Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine kleine Highline in der Nähe und viele Wanderwege in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bad schlecht gereinigt, alles voll Haare. Hotelgäste rauchen obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucher Hotel handelt, alles zieht durch die Fenster ins Zimmer. Zimmer sehr alt , zu wenig Parkplätze

Alles. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und herzlich aufgenommen. Das komplette Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und ausreichend. Als das Wetter wieder besser wurde, konnte der schöne Ausblick vom Wellnessbereich noch mehr genossen werden. Die Lage auf dem Plateau ist super und für einen entspannenden Urlaub ideal. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
