Loved our Christmas ski vacation!
Great location and fantastic hosts! The hosts made this place great. Perfect location with a bus stop directly in front of the house to take us to the slopes. We were the only ones for breakfast on Christmas Eve and the hosts made us feel very welcomed with a large breakfast table just for us.
The shower head could be better. But that’s only a small complaint.

Value for money at it's best. All you need (plus nice extras) on the footstep of Soelden.
Great hosts - friendly, flexible, doing 'extra mile' - good advise, little practical gifts etc Proximity to Soelden resort: 10 min by car, skibus at the doorstep (every 20 min) Good breakfast with personal touch - fresh warm bread, scrambled eggs etc... Cozy common area with good choice of snacks and drinks at the reasonable prices Afternoon cake/tea/coffee (free of charge) All that for approx 120€/night for 3 people in high season at such a premium resort - value for money at it's best.
Building (from outsode and inside) as well as the rooms are practical but basic. If you look for a charming/stylish or sophisticated place... this one is not.

Small room, poor breakfast, uncomfortable bed, noisy neighbors.

The price and location
Limited drink water supply, but was improved later. Could pay more attention to the description of the rooms. Breakfast was ok, but could have more kinds of qualified food.
