Amazing location & view, totally new built villa, super clean, quiet, peaceful place. Quality furniture, bed sheets and blankets, complete kitchen. 2 separated bath for each room; Bath robes and slippers; Super nice staffs, they offered freshly bread from the bakery for the next morning. Free parking area. Close to city Center.

Great architectural design and decore. Nice view from all directions. Comfortable beds (except the extra sofa). Great attitude from the owners. 2 very good shower + toilet units.

There is a kitchen so we cooked diner several evenings- it is a little small and would need some more equipment for real diner.

Relax a Burgstein a pochi minuti da Langenfeld

L’appartamento è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è davvero incantevole, con una vista spettacolare sui monti e sulla vallata. L’accoglienza di George è stata eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e capace di farci sentire subito a casa. È il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, tra passeggiate nella natura e momenti di benessere alle terme dell’Aqua Dome. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento luminoso e moderno, tutto ben organizzato

Come dicono molti c’è qualche problema di privacy per i bagni senza porte (solo vetro trasparente) e per l’affaccio sulla strada alta di fronte. Nelle camere da letto a arebbe utile anche un tendaggio leggero oltre a quello pesante

Traumhaftes Appartement und Gastgeber

Traumhafte Appartments oberhalb von Längenfeld, mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Ötztal und 360 grad Blick auf die tolle Bergwelt. Sauna, Restaurant, Appartement und das gesamte Gebäude ein Traum und man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Der Gastgeber (Georg) ist ein genialer und super Gastgeber, selten so wohl gefühlt!! Er erfüllt einem alle Wünsche und gibt zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und über die Bergwelt. Essen und Getränke beim Frühstück und Abendessen zu fairen Preisen und top Qualität und lecker, auch von Georg zubereitet, jederzeit extrawünsche möglich. Die Lage ein Traum, Sölden und Ötz innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar und in absoluter Ruhe gelegen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

הכול היה מעל ומעבר לכל ציפייה. המקום שקט, מוקפד ומטופח, עם נוף עוצר נשימה ואווירה קסומה שלא רוצים לעזוב. הדירה עצמה נקייה מאוד, הכל חדש, מרוהט בטוב טעם, עם מטבח מאובזר לחלוטין ומיטות נוחות במיוחד – פשוט תענוג. אבל מעל הכל – ג'ורג'. מארח נדיר באיכויותיו: אדיב, מסביר פנים, זמין בכל רגע, אכפתי ורגיש לכל פרט. הרגשנו בידיים טובות, עם מישהו שאכפת לו באמת שהחוויה שלנו תהיה מושלמת – והוא הצליח. חופשה מהחלומות. נשמח מאוד לשוב, וממליצים מכל הלב.

הכול היה נפלא, אבל אם אפשר לשפר דבר אחד – זה נושא הפרטיות במקלחת ובשירותים. המחיצות השקופות פחות נוחות

Hier kommen wir immer wieder hin!!

Wir kamen um 11Uhr an, die Zimmer waren bereits bezugsfertig. Brutal freundlich!! Das Zimmer war super...alles neu, alles sehr sauber. Vom Chef gab es reichlich Tipps für das Umland; Einen Abend wurde für uns gekocht, wir waren mit Freunden da; alle sehr zufrieden, Preis/ Leistung Top Herrliche Aussicht von zwei eigenen Balkonen. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht; es gab allerdings einen Brötchenservice der reichhaltige Auswahl zu guten Preisen hatte und immer pünktlich geliefert hat Auch am Sonntag...schon außergewöhnlich. Sauna im Keller ein Traum, alles neu, ebenfalls alles brutal sauber Skibus drei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar Ich glaube, eine bessere Unterkunft wird man rund um Sölden nicht finden Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft
