- Calm and quiet hotel

- The whirlpool was not as warm as it should have been. We mentioned this to the staff, but they were not willing to check it or adjust the temperature.
- The red light room was not working. We turned on the regulator, but there was no effect.
- For the price of the hotel, we would have expected room service to make the beds.
- Overall, the hotel was overpriced

The location was excellent, with easy access to a variety of ski slopes. The stop for the ski bus was right outside the hotel and is free with your ski pass or hotel guest card. We had issues with our rental car & were able to take the ski bus to Otztal Bahnhof to catch a train back to Zurich. We could get our gear on and be at the bus stop all in less than 10 minutes. There was an easily accessible ski room in the basement with lockers to store our ski gear and boot warmers. The room was incredibly quiet and comfortable and everything was spotless!
