Everything - I didn't realise how big the whole place was. Both the thermal spa (including spa 3000) and sauna world are fantastic - so much to choice! Enjoying the views from the sauna, soaking up the sun from the terrace or sitting outside in the steaming pools is magical, particularly at night. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and with lovely views across the valley. Free (non alcoholic) mini bar is a lovely touch too. Food is very good, the breakfast buffet caters for all tastes. I really like the dinner model: buffet for starters, salads, desserts, etc plus a la carte for the main and more elaborate desserts.
We also enjoyed one of the free walks/hikes on offer - We went to a nearby waterfall with Maria and it was a great way to spend a morning.

Everything was great!
Especially the view 😍.
We also enjoyed activities that were offered, like hiking and fitness classes.
Spa options were awesome.
We'd like to come back for more🙂
There was really nothing we didn't like.
The only thing we'd like to suggest is to have English speaking tourists enjoy the daily program paper offered at breakfast in English.
We had same table for the whole week in the restaurant and every morning we had to go and exchange the German version to English. We finally got the English one on the last morning of our stay.
It would be a very easy fix and would make people that don't speak German more comfortable.

The facilities was amazing and the location surrounding is really nice ,there is not many good places to eat tho and not much going on in the surrounding areas
To be honest I would expect a better choice of meals for the dinner service , the food choice was terrible to be honest for such a expensive place to stay the restaurant choice should be more variety of foods from around the world or better fine dining
