Personal ist freundlich, man geht auf die Wünsche ein. Das langjährige Personal, ist außergewöhnlich freundlich.

Im Vergleich zu 2023 war das Frühstück und Salat Buffet viel kleiner geworden, irgendwie fehlt Liebe zum Detail. Abendessen war gut.

Location for skiing magnificent Rooms are fabulous

Lovely hotel, great service, good food, comfy rooms, could not be more convenient for the slopes. The altitude and location made it a perfect choice for a spring ski trip.

Nice location if you are looking for quit and remote. nice people and basically all you need is there.

compared to the high price you pay it’s not worth it in my humble opinion.it’s in the details, they are just not that great. junior suite is a bit older and quit dark. fine but not great. breakfast starts way to late ( 8am) so everybody is urging to go in because they want to ski. I just don’t understand that, please open breakfast at 7:00 of 7:30. there is only 1 coffee machine in the breakfast area so big lines to get a cup. why not place a 2nd machine ? for a room full of people it just is not enough. breakfast is ok but could be more diverse diner was great. fitness area is small and, as example, no water available. have you ever been to a gym without water ? also in the rooms, first night there is a Boyle of water and 2 glasses. great but that’s it. no more water after the first night and no more fresh glasses, just the ones you got at day 1. I think it’s the details that are off. and if you pay 400 a night, you do expect that to be better.
