An Unforgettable Stay at Hotel Stern

Our experience at Hotel Stern was absolutely outstanding and truly exceeded all expectations. We were immediately impressed by the wonderful and attentive staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is second to none. The unforgettable mountain views from our room were breathtaking and provided a perfect backdrop for our stay. The hotel’s private spa area is a definite highlight, especially the sauna ceremonies. A special thank you to Stefan, whose ceremonies were simply incredible and made the experience truly unique. The restaurant's rich and exquisite menu was another pleasant surprise, offering a culinary journey that we will not soon forget. With private parking and all these exceptional amenities, our stay was beyond perfect. On a scale of 1 to 10, this hotel deserves 10 stars, and I would honestly give it 12 if that were an option. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely try to come back.

Even after returning home to Prague, I've had some time to reflect on our stay at Hotel Stern, and the experience remains absolutely flawless in my memory. I have been trying to pinpoint a single aspect that could have been improved, but I genuinely can't think of anything. From the wonderful and attentive staff to the unforgettable mountain views, every detail was perfect.

The personnel was very friendly, everyone cared. Food experience superb. Spa and infinity pool were also enjoyable. Overall a great place to stay!

The mattresses were super soft (I sank in the bed) and gave me backpain for first 2 days. The staff promptly exchanged the mattress upon my request (which I appreciate), but the new one was also quite soft, making me again sink in the bed. I believe such soft mattresses should have no place at a hotel like this today.

Price / Quality for Austria is very good

This Hotel has a great cost/quality ratio for Austria. The staff, food, organization and the infinity pool area are just perfect. Easy access to everything within the Otztal area.

The bedrooms (or at least our bedroom) looked as it belongs to another hotel. Nothing fundamentally wrong but outdated bathroom, old fashioned decor when the new spa area, the reception area and restaurant are very fine. I guess they are renewing step by step. As mentioned before the cost/quality ratio is high so this is acceptable.

Nice hotel, amazing rooftop pool

Great location for skiing (free bus available) and local activities ( crosscountry skiing, aqua dome etc.). Amazing rooftop infinity pool with a nice mountain view. Fine spa area. Good breakfast and amazing dinner. Clean hotel. Very friendly lady at the reception. It's a nice place to relax.

Found the room better-looking and more modern on the pictures than in reality. The shower was modern but with only 3 glass walls, which made the bathroom floor quite wet despite the matt-towels. In my opinion, the shower either needs a door or the sidewalls should be longer.

Everything went well. Welcoming helpful staff, beautiful place. The pool and the wellness centre were really wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed this.

The view of the pool is out of this world. The bed was really comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly. Everything was amazing. We also discovered area by using summercard which was a great deal for us.

Everything was amazing, can not really complain but a few improvements can be done such as there was no option for chicken ham in the breakfast or no sign on it that shows which one is pork. If you are a smoker, you cannot really find ashtray on any balcony except your rooms balcony.

Everything! Clean , good decorated hotel , very good spa . The pool and surrounding area is absolutely astonishing. Free parking around the hotel . Excellent quality of food, both breakfast and dinner. Very friendly service. Great location in the very center of Laengenfeld. The roof spa area is superb - the outdoor warm pool offers a great view to mountains and the village, spending time there was very relaxing.

Everything was excellent. One little suggestion: opening time of the spa area could be extended.

The food was excellent. There were lot of little things that made the stay particularly great (snack buffet in the afternoon, apples and healthy treats in the spa areas). The spa was fantastic (rooftop infinity pool, Kaiserbadl Sauna area with beautiful design and a variety of saunas and steam baths). Friendly and helpful staff. Simply superb. Also great location with many walks starting at the doorstep and the Aquadome only 5min away.

Super nice

The staff are welcoming and nice they answer all inquiries. Very nice location near aquadome and there are also restaurants nearby. The rooms are big enough and bed is comfortable with a very nice view in balcon. Breakfast 👏👏👏
