Poor sound isolation, unfriendly staff, inconvenient location

The bathroom was clean

The location is inconvenient. Although it is about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, the return trip is a steep uphill walk that takes 15 minutes or more, which is tiring after skiing. Sound insulation is very poor. Noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible, making it difficult to rest. A €100 deposit is required in cash only. Credit cards are not accepted for the deposit, and this was not clearly communicated in advance. Communication at reception was problematic. The staff member had limited English and repeatedly questioned whether I understood her, despite me speaking native English. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was unpleasant due to noise, inconvenient policies, and unwelcoming service. I would not stay here again.

Well-appointed studio apartment with its own steam room. Special.

Interesting building with several apartments a short walk from the main road and bus stop for the ski bus, or a 15minute walk into town (in shoes!) Adequate parking. Self catering worked well. Having a steam room facility in the apartment made showering and stretching after skiing luxurious.

Instructions for the induction hob and the steam room could have been clearer, but was only a minor inconvenience.

Very good place

Excellent location, the house looks very new. It offered breakfast included in the price, and it was excellent. Breakfast was self service from a wide selection of foods, and special meals like scrambled eggs could be requested from the owner. Received a much bigger room what has been reserved. Rooms are cleaned every day which is a big plus.

Bit further away from the Gaislachkogelbahn than Booking advertises. Bus stop is at the bottom on the main road, but I would recommend walking in the morning since this is one of the last stop of the bus and they are usually full by then. Some of the buses did not even stop because they were full already.

maybe not the most modern equipment, but completely satisfactory, the location is excellent, the owners are nice the price-value ratio is outstanding, the price of the summer card is included in the price

Gute Lage zentral in Sölden mit perfekter Anbindung an Busverkehr. Ort auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Top Lage für Skifahrer. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Sehr modernes Badezimmer mit Dampfbad und großer Dusche.

Slapen in de keuken is eens iets nieuw

Badkamer met bad en douche. Alles was proper en voldoende handdoeken voorzien.

1 van de 2 bedden staat gewoon in de eetkamer/keuken. Geen muur of deur dus voor de 2e slaapkamer maar gewoon bedden op 2 meter van het fornuis. Locatie is niet top, maar dat weet je natuurlijk als je boekt. Zeker niet onoverkomelijk om tot aan de skilift te geraken met de bus of te voet.

Top damit Dampfdusche als Saunaersatz. Sehr gute Busanbindung .. etwas sportlich am Morgen und am Abend zu Fuß aber dafür geht man skifahren
