Great mounting views hotel

If you are looking for the hotel on top of the mountain - this one is exactly what you need! Amazing views from the terrace, no cars around, just fresh air and clouds. Yes, it is about 3km gravel road up to the hill, but it was easy to get there (in summer). We had a spacious room for 5 person with a terrace which was nice. Great place to stay in summer time for hiking.

It was boiling in the room during the night, even when it was +10C outside, so we were sleeping with the balcony door open.

Overpriced offer for the service received.

The dinner in the restaurant of the hotel was awesome. Wine selection and the combination with dishes was perfect. Big respect and thank you to the chef de cuisine and the team. Closeness to the ski area is one of the huge advantages of this place.

It was the first time when we got so poor service of room cleaning. It was simply done only once in the whole week after several reminders made to the management of the hotel. There are obviously different types of family rooms which we were not aware of in advance. Thus we got a tiny family room in the chalet where other groups of people were living too. Some nights were simply too loud due to the parties happened in the nearby rooms/appartments. I would not recommend such appartments for the families especially with kids.

Me and why girlfriend were blown away by this stay, we already can't wait to visit again!

the staff was very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel, they helped us organising transportation to and from the hotel even when it wasn't easy, the food, menus and restaurant area in general was great and offered a big selection of food every day, the relax area in the terrace outside has an incredible view over the mountains / valley and it's awesome to chill by the fire with a drink at the end of the day, overlooking sunset on the peaks, the spa area was well organised and had a good balance of space and guests occupying it, it never felt overwhelmed and was always working well.

unfortunately with the destination being so perfect and relaxed, it had to also be a little far from the city, making it very difficult to travel to / from the city if needed (specially to rent and return ski equipment, the only way to do this is to either book a taxi for the 5km on the mountain (~30eur) or to have your own car

Decent stay in remarkable building with stunning views.

We Loved location a STYLE of the building, balconies and terraces ….Wow

We were disappointed with very limited offer for breakfast, poor salat bufet, long waiting time for meals, veeery small fitness room combined with other activities and opening hours of sauna ( only few hours every afternoon ).

Die Lage ist sehr gut und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die umliegenden Berge. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen ! Der Wellnessbereich mit der Panoramasauna und dem beheizten Außenpool hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Prachtige locatie en fijne wellness in een mooi hotel, met iets meer oog voor detail helemaal top.

De ligging van het hotel was geweldig. De wellness en het prachtige zwembad boden heerlijke ontspanning na het skiën. Het ontbijt en het buffet waren ruim voldoende en mooi gepresenteerd.

Het oog van de details ontbreekt soms bij het personeel. De gordijnen s'ochtends dicht in de eetzaal, kaarsen niet aan, open haard niet aan. Bediening heeft niets te doen maar komt niet langs in het cafe om de drankjes op te nemen (dit gold niet bij al het personeel). Op de voorlaatste dag werden de bedden niet opgemaakt en de kamer alleen schoon gemaakt door de prullenbak te legen.

Das Hotel hat einen „Besitzerwechsel“ hinter sich und die Umbauarbeiten sind noch nicht abgeschlossen… Das Hotel bzw. die Mitarbeiter*innen sind aber stets bemüht, ihr Bestes zu geben!

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich ausgestattet, die Lage sehr schön. Die Essensqualität sehr gut! Das Personal war in der Regel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Organisation beim Frühstücksbuffet war oft schlecht. Zwei Tage gab es nicht mal Eier. Man musste lange auf Nachschub warten, oft gab es lange Schlangen am Kaffeeautomaten. An den wirbeln fehlten manchmal Griffe, die müsste man mal reparieren. Am Kopf Ende des Bettes gibt es eine Leiste, die es ungemütlich macht, im Bett zu sitzen.

Het hotel was vol bezet, wij zaten daarom de eerste drie avonden in een soort oude ruimte achteraf. Ook bij t ontbijt was er soms geen plek in het restaurant (vol). Was een beetje vreemd..

Sehr schöne Unterkunft . Super Lage ( wenn man keine Partys braucht) Mega gutes Essen und Mega freundliches Personal. Man war in 15 min am Lift der einen in das schöne und große Skigebiet bringt. Ich werde aufjedenfall nochmal dort meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Die Angabe zu Ski-In / Ski-Out war unzutreffend. Der nächste Lift war nur mit einem Taxi zu erreichen. Dieses Taxi hätte pro Strecke ca. 50 € gekostet. Für Ski-Anfänger ist die Lage des Hotels absolut ungeeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet und abgewohnt. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Eine Erstattung der überzahlten Übernachtungen wurde vom Hotel abgelehnt. Andere Gästen vor Ort berichteten von ähnlichen Erfahrungen.
