It was okay and in no way awful but not an atmosphere or location that suited me.

The balcony with table and two chairs overlooking the garden. Very clean. An effort made to decorate with style. Well equipped. The manager helpful.

Lack of shelf space in bathroom for toiletries. Lack of space in kitchen area. Lack of space around bed. Overall a "compact" apartment which because one wall a glass sliding door to terrace felt more spacious. As our stay was during a heat wave 92 degrees F (no A/c but comfortable enough inside) the terrace was especially welcome. And the days were very long. If they had not been, the interior lighting would have been unpleasant. An effort had been made to make the place attractive but it is very small. The entrance is unattractive. It is midway between the train station and the cathedral in a new apartment complex. Chartres is a beautiful old town. Much better to be in the old town then on a main road in a banal apartment complex images provided. If I had seen such images I would not have booked.. However, I should add that I am not really a fan of absentee owner apartments and prefer hotels. Jose who looks after the place and guests for the owner is very helpful. His English is limited.

A niffty flat for a short trip.

A very friendly lady met us at the gate and showed us around. The flat is very well designed and offers a lot for the small space. The location is perfect and the parking comfortable.

Great location near train, 5 mins walk to old town and cathedral. A very Japanese style studio with all the facilities. Met at the gate within 5 mins of arrival.

Très très bien placé. José est plus que serviable L'appartement correspond en tous points à sa description. Bien que petit, tout est parfaitement conçu et l'appartement parait bien plus grand. La litterie est très bonne, l'équipement complet. Le parking est un vrai atout.

Attention lors de la descente au parking. Avec véhicule très chargé et velos sur attelage on a fortement frotté.

Bon mais trop court séjour au Ptit Beauce de Chartres

L emplacement très central..Le très bon accueuil de José qui nous attendait malgré notre arrivée très tardive.Le côté très simple et pratique pour remettre les clés au moment du départ.Nous aurions aimé y séjourner un peu plus longtemps.

Ce n est pas que nous n ayons pas apprécié mais nous nous attendions à avoir un réfrigérateur avec une partie congélateur.

Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu paisible, l'appartement est très bien décoré, le lit est confortable avec, en prime, une télé avec des films de son choix que l'on peut visionner. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi, un lieu apaisant et lumineux juste à côté du centre ville et de la cathédrale.
