Great value. Close to city centre. Helpful host.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It's conveniently close to the city center and studio was clean. Layla, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made everything so clear and easy, especially the check-in instructions. Parking was ample, which was a big plus. She went above and beyond when she brought a jumper cable to help us kickstart our car (we had trouble starting it after our checkout). Though it didn't work, her thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place. We truly appreciate Layla for her kindness!

Nothing to complain actually. Our car didn't start due to many factors but nothing to do with the accommodation.

ideal location for the train station and the centre of Chartres.

The location was great for the train station as we were travelling to Paris. Great to have secure parking in the centre. instructions to enter property were clear and concise.

I didn’t understand the situation about the towels ? was I supposed to pre-order ? It was a little noisy on the second night we stayed. although It was fine on the first night.

Superb

This is a single bedroom apartment (bedsit) with a separate bathroom and a small kitchen: electric cooktop, microwave, fridge, kettle, necessary cooking utensils. The living room is nicely laid out with a shelf separating bed from TV and sofa. It is only a couple hundred metres along the same street from the station, and a 10 min walk to the Cathedral and heart of town. I did not meet the host, Christine, but she was very communicative through the Booking.com app and quickly responded to my questions. Her attitude was always warm, friendly and positive.

Petit studio convenable à 15 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale.

Le studio est propre et l'hôte répond très vite et avec beaucoup de gentillesse à nos demandes. Il faut marcher un peu pour atteindre le centre ville mais c'est très raisonnable. Il y a une grande place de parking pour la voiture. L'environnement est assez calme.

La qualité de la literie est moyenne, le matelas a bien vécu. Les draps trop chauds pour la saison (juillet) La douche est très glissante et il n'y a pas de support en hauteur pour poser le gel douche dans la cabine. L'eau ne s'écoule pas correctement, ça doit être bouché. Bien qu'il y ait un petit canapé lit en plus du lit 2 places, il n'est pas possible de dormir dessus.

la proximité de tous les commerces, la possibilité de découvrir chartres à pied (très agréable sur la période de noël). la place de parking.

Seul problème sur cette période logement très mal chauffer nous avons eu froid et donc acheter un petit chauffage d'appoint. Nous avons trouver une douche bouchée et très peux de change pour une période de 12 jours pour les draps de lit.

Chartres est une petite ville qui vaut le détour (cathédrale et charmante vieille ville)

Petit studio d'accès très facile (1/2 étage à monter), à 500m du coeur de ville, et donnant sur l'arrière du batiment, donc tres calme. Cela m'a convenu parfaitement pour ce court mais fort agréable sejour à Chartres

Pas agréable, à ne plus relouer.

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner, l'emplacement était bien.

Qu'on soit en possession du code pour récupérer les clés avant notre arrivée et pas 2 heures après. Que la salle de bain n'est pas de traces de moisissures. Avec l'odeur qui en découle. Que l'aménagement du studio soit moins sommaire.
