The first thing is that the staff were exceptional, very attentive, friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them. There was a wifi issue which was attended to at a convenient time with a technician calling at the property. I was helped up to the property on my arrival with heavy luggage. It is very much in the heart of the old town, I’d estimate 5 minutes walk to the cathedral. All the comms between were responded to very quickly. I hope I will get back to Chartres again and I hope this property is available when I do.

There was a lighting issue in the stair well which will be attended to.
