It was very cosy and the location was perfect

We had an issue with the heater but it has been solved quickly.

OK once it had got going

Location was very central and the (third floor) flat was spacious and pleasant to be in.

Even though the booking (which I made on the day) was accepted, the bed wasn't made when I arrived and the bin was full (flat hadn't been serviced). I then went out and while I was out the host rang and apologised and said the cleaners were there now but couldn't get in (I'd taken the keys with me) so I said I'd make the bed if they left the stuff outside the flat (which they did). Even though it says that it has parking it wasn't clear to me that this meant the £25 a day underground car park which made it quite an expensive stay.

Bien mais un peu déçu

L'emplacement et la chambre. La chambre est très bien et le logement aussi mais nous avons été déçus sur certains détails. .

Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée. Tire bouchon cassé remis dans le tiroir. Odeur de cigarette dans la cuisine. Canapé abîmé

Déçus malgré une situation pour nous idéale. Dommage

Tout en apparence.

La chaudière ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de chauffage / pas d’eau chaude. En vrai la conciergerie c’est une excellente idée, mais le week-end y’a personne. Nous avons réservé un logement pour être autonomes. Résultat : nuit froide, 1er matin sans douche. C’est dommage de payer pour un service non rendu. Nous contactons comme on peut le service client. Nous sommes rappelés plus d’1heure après. Contents, nous comprenons. Acceptons l’offre de relogement sur le même palier pour la nuit suivante. En même temps, on se dit, c’est dommage de salir 2 logements (car entre temps, nous avons relancé plusieurs fois la chaudière et yahoo le chauffage fonctionne…) mais nous sommes sans eau chaude. Nous prenons les clés comme indiqué et informons le propriétaire (si c’est bien lui notre contact …) que nous utiliserons juste la sdb au vi de son engagement de remboursement. Nous sommes sur une nuitée de remboursement, la 2eme nous semble exagérée. À ce jour, RAS, les messages restent sans réponse et sms idem. Week-end du 8/02.

un appartement qui se veut confortable et classy sans l’assumer jusqu’au bout. Ok pour une nuit, je vous le déconseille

La localisation et la vue.

Il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking alors que si on vérifie dans les détails, c’est seulement un parking de ville très cher ou des rares places dans les rues … solutions de parking dont bénéficient tous les logements, ainsi on peut suspecter une volonté de mésinformer en mettant ce logo dans les équipements disponibles. Ensuite la chaudière ne fonctionnait pas nous empêchant de nous doucher, la cafetière était trop entartrée pour couler normalement, les sièges et canapés sont tachés et la lampe près du lit instable. Nous avons tenter de discuter avec le responsable pour un geste commercial sans obtenir de réponse.
