Location and apartment were great. Checking in and out was terrible.

We do not use e-mail or phone while we are gone on vacation. If it wasn't for a friend helping us, we would not have gotten in and did not realize instructions were sent on how to get in. This was the end of the trip when we stayed so hadn't checked e-mail for weeks. When checking in previously about arrival time and getting in, I had not received a reply before we left. Then when we left the apartment at the end of our stay, we were told to leave the key in the apartment. That was fine except we got our luggage down to the front door and couldn't get out as it was locked from the inside. Never before when we came and went had it been locked so we didn't expect that!

The host was there to meet me on my arrival and he gave helpful suggestions for my visit. The apartment, though in an old building, had been well refurbished and modernized. It was very convenient to both the train station and the cathedral. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well furnished, and the bathroom spacious.

There need to be clear written instructions on connecting to the internet. The host quickly explained it to me, but I couldn't figure it out and couldn't follow up with him without internet (having only an American phone).

Logement très agréable, bien équipé, lumineux, bien situé . Proprete : impeccable. Accueil très sympa et très agréable. C'est vraiment top! Un grand merci à l'équipe.
