Amazing place, with secure parking and all necessary amenities

Well situated, deal comes with covered parking, that was excellent.

The shower water was not so hot, had a hard time figuring out if there was a thermostat, but no big deal, i just like my water very hot.

If you can find this unmarked, confusing apartment, you will like it

Location, refrigerator, washing machine, comfortable bed and pillows, extra comforter, nice decor

The apartment is at the end of a filthy alley with at least eight possible doors. Only one door has an address and it wasn’t the door to the apartment.,We tried to contact the host through telephone and email . It took 24+ hours to hear back. Thanks to a helpful neighbor who happened to drop by for something, we figured out where the apartment was. We had already been waiting an hour and were wondering if we should try to find another apartment. Host: please mark #31 on the outside door and some indication on the white inside door so that your guests know how to find the apartment! Also the coffee maker does not work, the bed, though comfortable is very low and the stairs leading to the apartment are filthy with huge dustballs - it makes for a terrible welcome for your guests.

Excellent value stay in a spotless and spacious centrally-located apartment.

Spacious, very clean, well equipped. Excellent communication and check-in process, lots of useful information, and parking pass for car parks around the town. Great location close to the cathedral and other main points of interest, cafés, restaurants, etc.

Lovely flat for a relaxing break in beautiful Chartres.

Stylish, clean comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of Chartres but quiet. Free parking available in nearby underground carpark using owners card. Unfortunately there is a height restriction of 1.8m so we had to pay to use the Q park secure carpark coeur du ville but only 5 mins walk away and can stay several days at least and discount if you pay in advance.

We were late due to accident closing the autoroute. 5 mins after time we were due we had a grumpy call asking how long we would be and telling us they would message instructions to collect the keys. When the message didn't arrive we rang the emergency contact and got a super helpful man from the agency. A 5 minute walk to get the key and all was well but it was a bit unnerving initially. Were concerned door from street to entrance yard might get shut and we didn't have the code but a neighbour reassured us it wouldn't close.

Très bon emplacement au centre de Chartres. Calme. Très bien équipé et très bien décoré. Très confortable. Nous étions à pied donc nous n’avons pas utilisé l'emplacement de parking, mais c’est un point très important.

Rien. Sauf l'absence totale d'ingrédients culinaire ou dosettes café, mais je suppose que c’est la règle ?

L'emplacement, au top! Parfait pour déambuler dans le centre de Chartres et visiter. Appartement très bien aménagé ! La boulangerie juste en dessous.

Séjour à Chartres

Calme, propreté du logement, toilettes séparées, proche des rues piétonnes. Réponse rapide de la Conciergerie après avoir signalé que les fixations du radiateur de la pièce principale étaient arrachées (le service de maintenance est prévenu).

Un logement satisfaisant malgré quelques défauts

La localisation au cœur de la ville, le calme, la qualité de la literie, la superficie, la présence d'un lave vaisselle et d'un lave linge, les possibilités de rangement et le stationnement inclus sont les points positifs de cet appartement.

La liste est longue : - le badge pour accéder au parking absent de la boîte à clef comme prévu (le problème a été résolu mais cela a créé un stress et une perte de temps à l'arrivée), - le dédale de portes à l'arrivée pas forcément simple malgré les indications reçues, - l'état de saleté lamentable de l'escalier d'accès (moutons de poussière et toiles d'araignées vraiment impressionnants) et le manque d'entretien de la cour commune, - la porte de douche qui laisse passer l'eau (petite inondation de la salle de bain pendant le séjour), - l'état des murs de l'appartement qui auraient besoin d'être repeints et les trous retouchés, - le radiateur du salon arraché du mur qui ne tient que calé par le canapé (ce n'est pas tellement sécurisant comme installation), - le sèche serviette de la salle de bain impossible à allumer, - le tissu du fauteuil largement déchiré, - la poubelle non fonctionnelle parce qu'endommagée, - aucune capsule de café offerte (alors que machine assez spécifique), ...... ça fait beaucoup de désagréments qui gâchent le positif. C'est dommage vu le potentiel de l'appartement.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le confort, les équipements plus que complets et la carte de parking très pratique dans le centre de la ville. La superficie permet tout à fait à un couple d'être à l'aise dans ce logement.

Logement très bien placé avec parking. Top!

Emplacement idéal, parking avec abonnement compris ce qui est tout simplement parfait! Accessible motos. Logement bien équipé, niveau literie rien à redire et douche non italienne mais suffisamment grande pour ne pas se cogner aux murs. Pour ceux qui aiment le calme, il ne donne pas côté rue. La société en gestion de la location est très réactive et les indications sont claires.

Les précédents locataires qui n'ont pas bien lavé la vaisselle.

Immeuble calme au cœur des rues piétonnes de Chartres. Idéal pour un couple. Chambre et WC séparés. Ménage effectué avec soin dans l'appartement.

Un bémol: Les parties communes( entrée et escalier) manquent cruellement de nettoyage. Présence de moisissures au niveau des joints de la douche.
