Disappointing
The location was excellent and the host let us check in early because it was pouring with rain and we had cycled there.
Once we were in the property the host stopped answering questions. We wanted to know the WiFi and there was an ant infestation which we reported but s/he didn't get back to us despite repeated attempts from me to contact. The hot water ran out after my partner had her shower, midway through mine.

The host gave the wrong key code so I couldn't stay there
Nothing.
The host gave me the wrong code for the key so I couldn't get in. I called them several times but they didn't answer the phone. I emailed them but they didn't reply me. The service is extremely bad. They just let me standing there for nothing. Terrible host. Zero support. I wasted my time and money on them and had to go to a hotel in Chartres.

Séjour ressourçant et calme
Le calme. Facile d'accès (rez de chaussé). Fonctionnel. Au centre historique de chartres. Près des magasins d'alimentation. Bonne connexion internet. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Très propre.
Papier toilette trop peu. L accès à la lumière dans le corridor d'entrée - la nuit - est très loin de l'entrée (prévoir la lampe de poche du gsm), pas de lumière dans la cour intérieure en entrant. Au niveau de la table pour les repas...chaise haute pas confortable du tout pour mon 1,65 m. ;-) Dans la cuisine, ajouter une petite bouteille huile / vinaigre serait un plus.

Très agréable et confortable. On est niché en centre-ville comme cocoonné , j'ai apprécié même l'endroit.
Faudrait je pense mettre un petit sofa ou une petite table basse afin de s'y poser un peu mais à part ça rien à redire , c'est parfait
