Perfect location for a Helvellyn adventure!
Very spacious and well decorated little barn conversion. Plenty of room for two people, could easily accommodate 2 couples. Parking directly outside the accommodation.

We liked everything about this property the location was great and also was very peaceful and not far from the lake destination we also liked the hosts they where very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this property to family and friends and would also consider this property again for a future place to stay in the Lake District

Just perfect!
We have had a perfect stay at the barn this week! It really is stunning and so spacious, we felt so at home. The host has gone above and beyond to provide for guests, we really had everything we needed; the kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of toiletries, and a travel cot. Good communication from host. Easy to check in and out. Instant hot water, good central heating and great WiFi. Can’t recommend enough, we would love to stay again!
