Disgusted

Location difficult to find

No heating and a thorough gruelling about why the heating didn't work. A downstairs loo that wouldn't stop running. I am 68 years old and was instructed how to remove the bathroom panel to stop the flow, followed by a guided strip out of the boiler with WhatsApp photos to diagnose the problems . Heating not solved!!

Space. Garden space, location, local pub very good

Rules on hot tub not required and rules all over house about pots. Seems to take edge off a service. Not the cleanest, dust etc.. lack of extra towels or robes for the tub and bath mat upstairs and no hand towels or hair towels.. would normally gain in other places.

A very clean and well equipped property and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and very well equipped cottage, beds were comfortable, lounge furniture was very comfortable the property is very easy to get to from the motorway and it is very close to the town of Penrith, it has a hot tub which was enjoyed by a couple of our group, lots of board games and jigsaws for rainy days and very well equipped kitchen, the whole cottage was extremely clean and welcoming and very quiet at night, we were very happy with our short stay at the property and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

we had a three night stay and didn't find anything we didn't like.

Beautiful Barn

The place was lovely and clean. All furniture, beds etc were very comfy.

The only slight downside was it was a little difficult to find and the parking entrance was a little narrow with neighbour car parked but that was not property fault.

Great stay for work

Home from home, perfect for four colleagues on a work trip (Technical Outdoor Solutions). Hour walk down PROWs to Penrith or very short drive. Local Pub (100 yards) is wonderful.

Great cottage needs a few tweeks to make it perfect

Hot tub was clean and checked regularly Accomodation was nice Quiet location spacious garden

Parking very tight Kitchen door didn't have a blind with full glass panel felt a bit open to people from next property going past Didn't like there was no lock between next rental cottage people next door using our garden as a thoroughfare No washing line or airer to dry wet clothes that couldn't be dried in the drier Wifi poor

Great place to stay with a group of friends and/or family.

Beautiful house at great location, beds very comfortable and back garden was great for the sunny days that we had for relaxing outside. The rooms and the house were overall spacious which easily accommodated all seven of us.
