The hot tub was exceptional host lit the hot tub before we got their and we didn’t even have to restock the hot tub, perfect stay for my birthday weekend away

The host made sure that hot tub was ready upon our arrival and rooms warmed up. We received clear instructions where to drive, where to park and where to get logs for hot tub.
Even though foam metresses were new for some reason they all seemed centred/uneven.

Location near Appleby.
Downstairs was dark. Smallest bedroom very dusty.
No cutlery (we followed the instructions to crockery draw but it was empty.
Porch door doesn’t lock
Stains on chairs and sofas
Flicking lights in kitchen
