La situation géographique, en plein coeur du quartier chinois. Parfait pour déjeuner et faire des courses asiatiques. A proximité également de la ligne 7, directe vers le coeur de Paris. La propreté du logement. La rapidité de réponse du propriétaire. La flexibilité du propriétaire, qui a accepté de nous ouvrir avant l'heure prévue.
Le canapé lit ne peut être utilisé que en position canapé, car quand il est ouvert, on sent la barre de maintien. Le matelas n'est pas assez épais pour pallier cet inconfort.
