Excellent appartement.

An air conditioning would be a great plus. It was very hot and the fans provided didn't make much difference. I couldn't sleep.

Взагалі все було добре в помешканні. Чисто та зручно. Багато місця в шафі що можна розкласти речі. Багато посуду на кухні, було комфортно готувати. Єдине я можу додати не вистачало рушника на кухні, можливо це мої побажання. Дуже тихий квартал, є поблизу кафе та маркети. Метро також близько

The hotel is well situated in a quiet corner of Paris. Supermarket, Café, public transport and restaurants are just around the corner. The information concerning hotel entrance was nice and sufficient illustrated. The room itself was well equipped and had enough space for us and our child.

The room was used when we arrived! Since we arrived quite early in the morning from Argentina with our child and there was no early check in available, we booked an additional night before our arrival to have a dayroom, shower and a place to sleep before heading into Paris. Well, the room was used and dirty. Finding a housekeeper wasn't that easy. She was nice but not aware of our booking. After some phone calls we were asked to have a Coffee till the room was ready. Finally at 12.15 p.m. we could move in ( 2:45 hs before regular check in). The dishwasher was still loaded and running, hair in the bathroom definitely not belonging to us. But hey, we could have a shower and get a nap. The renting rep was offering a reimbursement of 60 €, which is not even half the room rate for 2:45 hs early check in! Till now even this little reimbursement wasn't transferred, the renting rep even denied an inquiry of booking.com. I guess in general this renting company doesn't need to take advantage of their clients. It leaves me with an aftertaste-and money, which doesn't belong to them at all and I could have used it for our own budget.
