La ubicación es un plus extraordinario. Pero el propio apartamento es muy óptimo! Destacar la comodidad del mismo, la terracita, pero mucho la atención de los propietarios! Utilizamos el sofá cama, y nos pareció adecuado para descansar.

La situation, proche des bus et métros de la Place d’Italie . La propreté et le confort du lit . Les fenêtres , le calme .
Le canapé-lit n’est pas confortable pour celui ou celle qui doit dormir dedans Nous n’avons pas réussi à ouvrir la porte-fenêtre de la terrasse , mais ce n’était pas bien important .

Die Lage nahe zur Metro und Lebensmittel Geschäften. Sehr ruhig.
Die Schlafcouch war extrem unbequem und völlig uneben. Die Auflage ist ständig verrutscht, also auch das Sitzen war unbequem. Es gibt viel zu wenig Aufhänger für Handtücher und Jacken. Das Apartment ist sehr eng, 52 qm werden nur erreicht wenn man die Terrasse dazurechnet. Reine Wohnfläche sind vielleicht 30 qm gefühlt. Daran sollte man bei der Buchung denken.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes to public transportation. Clean and good wifi. Bathroom was good.
There was a really bad smell from the refrigerator, the check in should be from 15:00 rather than 16:00 which is a little late. The coffee machine was broken when we arrived.
