Spacious apartment with everything we needed Access to property is via a keypad so no need to collect any keys. I felt that it was very secure and safe.
Parking limited as accommodation is in a residential area, but able to park on kerb.

Owner very responsive, lent us his dryer and helped with our every need (provided soap for bathing and spices and oil for cooking). Each bedroom had ample hangers and cupboard space, with a mirror and chair too! Cleaner was able to match our schedules to come and clean the place. Owner offered transport services for a fee too. Convenient location: 5 min walk from the hospital and 10 min from university Birmingham train station.
