Lovely well located 3 bedroom flat

Good location, clean and comfortable apartment with bonus of three bedrooms.

Bathroom a bit tight considering there are three bedrooms. Wider selection of accessible crockery as some positioned high up and we couldn't open one of them.

Lovely place, great location

The apartment was well equipped. Great location for Birmingham and the university.

The power went off and it took time to sort but it was sorted. There was a little dirt around that needed sweeping.

Nice, clean comfy apartment

Well located in a nice residential area not far from town centre. We're not familiar with Birmingham's public transport system so not sure what that journey would be like. An uber took us about 15-20mins. On arrival, very easy straightforward instructions to open the property. Once inside it was lovely and warm, nice decor, very clean! 3 bedrooms all of very good sizes. Lovely bathroom, good hot shower, clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Easy access for us to control the heating, lots of cupboards and drawer space including in each bedroom as well as in the smaller kitchenette. There were some basic condiments- coffee, sugar. But instead of packet granulated sugar, sachets would be more hygienic and efficient. Overall a very comfortable, cosy apartment. Highly recommended!! Thank you Omodation. TV had instructions which worked the first day but on day 2 we couldn't figure out why it wasn't turning on. Very thin walls but I suppose that's nothing to do with the owner and having said that it was very quiet.

As above, minor issues with tv instructions and condiments should be in sachets.

Value for money in a great location!

Great location for access to Birmingham City Centre, Cadburys World and more, near the train station, lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and deposit returned within 24 hours. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn't find any freeview/basic channels on TV but think maybe these had been deleted in error without hosts knowledge

Excellent

Only stayed 1 night before a university event and didn't use the kitchen, but it looked well-equipped. Rest of the flat was very comfortable, no problems at all. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent. They gave us detailed info beforehand and checked that everything was OK when we got there - genuinely helpful. Good location, 15 mins walk to university, and 10 to a good range of shops and restaurants.

The cul de sac is a bit scruffy but that's not the fault of the apartment.

The minute we walked in it looked clean and cozy - like visiting family home. The entire flat was spotless and modern. The bedrooms were large and nicely furnished.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. The parking was an experience but we managed to park close to the flat eventually but that didn’t reflect negatively on our stay.

A great stay

A really good size apartment, clean and practical.....with some lovely little touches. Good value for the money. Heating was efficient, not that we had it on for long as once the apartment was warmed up it stayed cosy. Really great communication from the host on the morning of booking with full details of how to use the keypad for entry and info on TV etc, also pics of the outside of the building for easy recognition......all very much appreciated. The location was ideal as we have family in Bournville but also it didn't take long to get into the city centre, we never waited more than 3 mins for an Uber and the fare from here was not expensive. The deposit was refunded within hours of us vacating the property and confirmation sent via WhatsApp.

Perfect location for our event in Harborne - able to walk there and back. Very quiet Close and felt safe and secure. Parking at site easy. Impressed at host's speed at getting back to any queries.

Towel provision? - only 1 bath and 1 hand towel per double room. No problem for our 1 night stay. (Maybe more are left if a longer stay? or just ask :) )

Comfortable and clean. Beds warm and comfy. Good location - quite close (about 10 minutes walk) from Birmingham University station so easy to get into town. About 10 minutes walk from High Street with restaurants and Waitrose. Parking onsite. Hosts easy to contact and fixed the kettle when it fused quickly and efficiently.

Kitchen could have been very slightly better equipped but this is minor - we were happy overall and would stay here again.

Excellent property for our needs

The location of the flat was perfect for our needs as we were taking our daughter to her university accommodation, although it was a bit far to walk to the accommodation due to all the things we had to carry -and to our son being disabled. However, the flat was a nice walk to the University campus and to shops and restaurants. We liked that the flat was quiet and we were able to park the car outside without any difficulty. Also we found the beds very comfortable and had very good and relaxing sleep on them. The flat has all modern facilities although as we only spent two nights, we ate out both nights, and days. The shower was also good being able to operate and had very good water pressure. Overall, we definitely recommend this property for a short or long stay, and I'll most certainly check it out for availability every time we go back to Birmingham to visit our daughter.

Great property, enough space for a family of 5.

Great location. 15/20 mins drive to utilita stadium and aquarium. Supermarkets nearby. Property very clean, good shower/bath, hot water. Plenty of free parking and a quiet area. Customer service was excellent. We arrived at the property after midnight and were able to contact someone. Good value for money.

This is something that can be easily rectified. The cups, plates, glasses were in a cupboard very high up. So i couldn't reach them without standing on a chair. However, my husband is taller and could. Same with the microwave was placed on a shelf too high up.

Great modern, spacious and clean place. Looks better in person than in the pictures. Host kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok which made us feel comfortable and looked after. Also a short drive to Birmignham city centre.
