Property was very clean and spacious with a lovely living room along with a large and comfy sofa. Each room is fitted with a ceiling fan to keep you cool, along with dimmable lighting. The property has a top WiFi connection with a Smart TV allowing you to access all sorts of streaming platforms. There’s a balcony with a lovely view of the landscape. Two spot on bathrooms with excellent showers and clean towels provided. Highly recommended for anyone needing an affordable and comfortable place to stay when in Birmingham

My mum and nan had arrived before me and my partner had arrived and the host was happy to let them in to hand over the keys and he was very accommodating and friendly

Good location for Edgbaston cricket ground. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Paid £10 to park on site overnight in a secure car park.

Some items in the apartment were broken, such as the patio door in the living room, therefore that could not be secured during our stay and other minor damages on arrival. However the host had expressed that his guests from the night before had caused some damage so that may have been from them and he could not rectify that in time before our stay.
