The staff member I dealt with had great communication and the cost of the accommodation was good. The deposit was too large for the cost and condition of the apartment.
Apartment looked a lot different to the photos which was a little misleading. I understand lighting etc but it needs a good deep clean and tlc eg painting. There was no tea towel or anything to wash the dishes with but the staff dropped this off within 30 minutes which was great. There was no drying rack/anywhere to dry clothes which was unfortunate as not everything can be put in the dryer.

Good location. Big apartment. Host was really nice & able to accommodate us at the last minute. Secure parking.
The apartment was very hot. 10am check out is too early.

2 bathrooms Instructions to get there Secure parking and dedicated Security over all is good. Felt safe
Bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t clean (duvet cover) and there was no sheet to sleep on. Curtain pole was unattached so curtains didn’t open/close properly. Smelt of dog initially, rugs were scruffy. No shower curtain in the main bathroom. Shower head was broken so pattern of water couldn’t be altered. No tea towel to wash up. Fire safety- leaving paper on plugs is dangerous.
