Characterful rorbruer

Location gorgeous. Correspondence helpful. Appreciated early check in.

Sleeps 4 but only a two seater sofa for relaxing in the evening. This is my only gripe but a significant one as it takes the shine off the long evenings if some have to sit on an upright chair.

Cosy base for exploring

Location was great! Close to the ferry in a small fishing village, nice view of the small harbor, peaceful setting, and a good base for exploring the tip of the Lofoten islands. The traditional rorbu is rustic - you can imagine the history, but comfortable with amenities. The bedrooms are small with narrow beds, the dining/living room cozy but a good size. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. I wish we had stayed longer.

Magiczne miejsce, zwłaszcza zimą. Dodatkowy plus to brak turystów, których było pełno w Reine.

Świetne miejsce i autentyczna rybacka chata rorbu na palach (a w niej wszystko to, co potrzebne do spędzenia w niej kilku dni). Chciałoby się cały dzień siedzieć na kanapie i patrzeć na zatokę, palącą się latarnię i słychać krzyku mew, a przecież jest tyle fantastycznych miejsc dookoła. Padający śnieg i zorza polarna, którą udało się nam zobaczyć i sfotografować, sprawiły, że wyjazd był magiczny. Warto wziąć pod uwagę to, co piszą gospodarze o zimie i śniegu. Samochód z napędem na cztery koła i wysokim zawieszeniem pozwoli uniknąć zakopania się w śniegu. Lepiej parkować na górze niż na dole tuż przy rorbu - to oczywiście dotyczy zimy.

Dla nas wszystko było idealne.
