We slept in a real Rorbuer just on the sea, the view was nice and the atmosphere was peaceful, the house is cozy and just 3 mins walk from the center of A (note that in February everything is closed except of the Museum).
Host really helpful after a snowy night (thanks again for everything). Just a suggestion, you should leave a shovel in each house for the guests.
The house is quit cold in winter time, except for the bedroom, another Rorbuer has the heater and a fan heater that was missing in our house. Poor lighting for a winter afternoon.

Location. The house is great, the sea view is especially beautiful.
The google coordinates provided were not very accurate,so it took some time to locate the place. The fire alarm went off unexpectedly at 3am, which startled us,but the host arrived about ten minutes later to check the situation and turned it off.

Although its small the house is very cute and cozy. It has a beautiful view over the water, was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom has more walls, which helps heat it in the wintertimes.
The seasonal workers were very nice!
The walls to the outside seem very thin. While the bedroom got comfortably warm the rest did not. They provide blankets but you need to prepare accordingly.
You have to make the beds yourself, the linens are provided - for us this wasnt a problem but I wanted to write it in case someone cares.

The location is good, we can park here and walk thorough the village.
The bathroom is warm and have enough space.
The rorbu is a bit difficult to find by my own (with the GPS) but the host explained everything clearly, step by step, on the message.
There was no napkin and only 1 rubbish bag. We cannot find any spare.
Here, you have to be careful, not shower too long because the hot water tank is limited 120-200 L. If the tank is empty, it needs around 3 hours to fill up fully.
However, I don't think it's a real disanvantage.

Lovely cabin right on the water. Fantastic place to catch the northern lights.

This was one of our favorite stay in Lofoten and we would highly recommend it!
Before our arrival we were informed that we will be staying in one of the newly built cabins. The cabin had huge windows in the living room right next to the sea. It was so peaceful to observe the waves and the birds, and at night the northern lights.
Additionally when we asked if we could have an extra towel they were immediately delivered without a question asked. Great customer service
Nothing, we would have liked to stay longer

Location is amazing. It is possible to walk from the cabin to Å where all the shops and attractions are. The size is good for us 5-6 people.
Bathroom shower cannot contain the water so the floor was flooded during all showers.

Good location with a short drive to Reine Village before trekking at Reinebrigen. The rorbuer thar we stayed was comfortable with 2 bathrooms, overseeing the sea view, great cafe and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We have a great stay and enjoyed it so much.
So far none.

This cabin is even better than the photos. It’s not cheap but we loved having 3 nights here. Two good sized bedrooms (4 single beds) all you need in the kitchen, small bathroom and a large balcony to enjoy your breakfast or a late night drink. The location is superb over the water, the view picturesque. Every morning we queued for fresh and delicious baked goods at the bakery and had an expensive dinner at Bryggen restaurant. Free parking.
Every day tourists came up on our balcony on looked through our windows, how about some manners people! Made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Location, location, location. We all enjoyed just sitting in the living room staring out the windows at the water! What could be better? Easy walk to the museums & bakery. Also the Brygga with the restaurant on the other side of the cove- we decided to make the short drive back to Maren Anna for dinner. Easy short hikes around the village & up to the lake/fjord. Harder hikes round the fjord/up the climb at the far end of the fjord, or up Andstabben (some easy scrambling). Short drive to Reine.
At the price point, having to make our own beds on arrival seemed unnecessary. No bath mat. Limited cookware in the kitchen.

The location was amazing. The fisher's hut was cute and the kitchen well equipped. The heated floor in the bathroom was a treat.
Although the heating was turned on before we arrived it took a good few hours more to heat up the place, so we were pretty cold at the beginning. WiFi was mediocre and no TV ... but maybe this is not the place you want to be doing those things anyway. Overall a bit on the pricey side for what you get.

The view was great, the place was warm and the beds comfortable. This is the place to be if you want peace and quiet.
The shower cubicle had poor drainage, the water flowed out very slowly. The cubicle was also not properly sealed, so water tends to spill out of the cubicle.
The kitchen facilities are pretty basic but adequate to prepare a meal.

Amazing location.
A bathmat and hand towels would have been useful

Nice house, it was a typical Norwegian red house. We loved it
It was cold, specially the entrance and the bathroom. It would be nice to have some extra towels and maybe soup in the shower.

Rorbu that had everything we needed, you do not need a TV when you have a view of the ocean and can watch sea birds below your window. Like being at sea. Close to or part of an interesting museum.
Nothing that did not came with the location. With that I mean that you have to be aware that ramps and cliffs can be slippery when wet and icy as they were during our visit.

It is a good view to the sea. The accommodation is not on the same road as the reception. Is a distance away. Can walk to the jetty. The easier way is to walk the connecting wooden bridge to the other road, the reception is near there. The popular bakery is nearby. The bus stop to ferry terminal is just along the main road nearby. It is possible to take the 6.30am bus to catch the 7am free ferry at Moskenes. Get the QR ready.

The location was beautiful.
The bathroom is too small. When you are showering water gets all over the place.

Our unit was at the end overlooking the sea. Very picturesque (I think it was a genuine rorbuer). Cosy rorbuer with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and a nice sitting room with kitchen facilities.
A bit more expensive than other rorbuers we stayed in. Black out curtains in the bedrooms would be good.

Perfect view over the harbour, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom had a heating in the floor.
The beds are not so comfortable and one of the bed sheets had a stain on it.
