Great location, very well equipped, clean and spacious. It is probably the best apartment we have ever rented. Giovanni, our host was really helpful and friendly.

Central location, very clean apartment and fast and excellent service. Air conditioning in each room, 2 showers and toilets that helped us a lot with the children. And parking is nearby and free. I highly recommend the apartment, I would return to it again

The apartment was really clean and well equipped. The location was excellent, really close to the lake. Host John was very welcoming and parking was only a short walk away. Really great time had by all.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Stresa! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser schönen renovierten Wohnung zu wohnen und es war einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist äusserst komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit zwei grosszügigen Schlafzimmern und zwei modernen Bädern. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die charmante Seepromenade, und direkt um die Ecke laden gemütliche Cafés und hervorragende Restaurants zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber Giovanni, er war ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.

En commençant par l'accueil très sympathique de Giovanni qui n'a pas hésité à monter nos valises. Ensuite, l'appartement très agréable, très propre, avec tout le nécessaire, et, ce qui est rare, des consommables (dosettes café, eau, biscottes, etc, à disposition. Et enfin, la localisation idéale, à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants, embarcadère pour les îles, sans oublier le local de parking de la voiture. En plus, le grand calme du quartier et de l'immeuble.

L'appartement nous a vraiment permis de profiter de nos 10 jours a Stresa !

Nous avons eu l'occasion de louer un certain nombre d'appartements lors de nos vacances. Cet appartement fait partie des tout meilleurs. Tout d'abord il est idealement situé (bateau, centre ville, plages a 7mn). L'appartement est parfaitement restauré, parfaitement isolé de fait tres calme et frais. Il est tres bien equipe pour faire la cuisine, four, micro onde, suffisamment de casseroles (rare), un torchon pour essuyer (tres rare). 2 vraies chambres et 2 salles de bain. Lave linge et climatisation aussi. Et en dernier lieu l'immeuble est plein de charme avec un petit patio a l'italienne ou vous pouvez faire secher votre linge.

Tout etait parfait. Il manquerait juste quelques couverts (couteaux, fourchettes,...) en plus (que 4 disponibles, c'est un peu juste pour une famille). La poele etait un peu petite et un peu usée.

L’appartement est très joli, vraiment bien placé. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard mais le monsieur a été disponible et une place de parc à dispo. Il a été également très arrangeant concernant le départ
