Great value in a residential area. Located between the airport and the city . The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from tramline 2, for access to the city. Had everything we needed and good communication with the owner.
one of our group found the walk up to the apartment, from the tram, tricky. On this occasion we needed to rewash cutlery, plates and cups before use, and the person above was noisy into the early morning. Hopefully a one off issue.

Good location about a 30 min. Walk from airport. 10 min. Walk to the promenade and beach. Great pizza place right outside the complex.
Host was responsive to questions though.
Instructions how to use a fancy induction stove. Key return needs to be changed since you have to exit through a security gate of the complex and you dropped the key already before that if you have to leave early in the morning like we did.
