It is good apartment if you come with your family. AC for sure gives extra point in that apartment.
Biggest disadvantage is parking, weekends/evenings sometimes you have to park on the street 5min walk. Also kind of annoying for me was long code to open the door, one time stuff was able to change it to 4 digit. When I stay second time it was not possible.

Modern ingericht appartement Heerlijk balkon In de straten rond het gebouw kon je prima de auto parkeren Winkels in de buurt Heerlijk bed
fietsen kon je alleen buiten stallen op het balkon hadden we last van vliegen op het balkon staat maar één stoel

Great location and very clean, everything looked new and I liked the added touch of the door locks. The whole place was extremely clean and there is everything you need, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Great stay! Would definitely recommend!
