Bliskość miejsc parkingowych, wysmakowane wnętrze, słodycze i woda na powitanie były bardzo miła niespodzianka. Przemiła właścicielka. Wszystko naprawdę super. Co do klatki schodowej, to wiadomo jak to kamienica , ale to też zależy na co się patrzy… bo jak córka zrobiła zdjęcie schodów to naprawdę uchwyciła je ładnie:) korytarz wewnętrzny prowadzący do mieszkania (na który wpływ ma właścicielka przepiękny). No i blisko starówki i przystankow tramwajowych więc komunikacja na plus :)

Trochę było słychać sąsiadów z apartamentu obok, mimo że normalnie rozmawiali.

Bardzo ładne wnętrze. Wyposażenie apartamentu całkiem w porządku.
Apartament w ogóle nie wygłuszony. Wieczorem i w nocy dokładnie słychać rozmowy z apartamentu obok. W mieszkaniu powyżej trwa remont. Od godziny 7:20 wiercenie i kucie nie tylko nie pozwala na sen i odpoczynek ale w ogóle trudno wytrzymać w apartamencie. Ze ścian sypie się piasek z fug pomiędzy cegłami - powoduje zabrudzenie podłogi. Brak było takiej informacji przed wyborem i opłaceniem apartamentu. To bardzo nie w porządku. Z cała pewnością apartament nie został by przez nas wybrany. Łóżko (materac) zbyt miękkie i z tego powodu niewygodne.
