Nice apartment, very clean In the main town

The apartment itself was really good. The rooms were very comfy. It was simple and had everything that was needed. The location is also very good. The apartments are close to everything. There was air-conditioning in both rooms. The owner has a good style for sure. The beds were comfortable.

The first day, before we even got to the room, we got a message where they said that we had to pay 20 PLN for every hour that we came earlier than we agreed on. But about an hour before we got a message from the owner, where she asked if we could come later. We didn't agree because it didn't go with our plans. When we arrived, the room was still being cleaned. The owner was very mean, even arrogant. We told her that it's not okay to tell someone to pay 20 PLN for an hour if they wanted to come earlier, and then a few minutes before the arrival, ask if they could come later. She just arrogantly responded with anger and left the room. The room was still a bit dirty, because the cleaning lady didn't have enough time for her job. The owner said that it was because they had all the rooms booked. So, instead of hiring a second person to help, she just left all the work for one person and later blamed it on the full booking.
