Lokalizacja.
Brudno. Za mało haczyków na ręczniki w łazience, brak śmietnika w łazience, brak półki w łazience, cieknący bojler. Pleśń w pralce. W bardzo złym stanie rogówka w salonie, deski wchodzące w żebra. Brak rolet lub zasłon i brudne okna. Nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu.

Piękna klatka schodowa (choć wymagająca dla osób z dużymi bagażami lub z trudnościami w poruszaniu), wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, ładne włączniki do świateł, przytulne wnętrze, znakomita lokalizacja.

Uszkodzone poszewki na pościel, brak jednego ręcznika.

Wspaniała, przestronna przestrzeń w mieszakaniu. Bardzo jasno. Świetna lokalizacja.
Niestety mieszkanie dość mocno zaniedbane i brudne, wymagające remontu. Kanapy przykryte narzutami, ale pod spodem brudne. W kuchni baaardzo stare przeterminowane produkty (m.in. przyprawy, które wyrzuciłam), zakamieniony czajnik (który odkamineniłam w minutę kwaskiem cytrynowym, który był w szafkach). W łazience grzyb: w pralce (którą należy już wyrzucić) i pod prysznicem - co stwarza zagrożenie dla zdrowia... Za mało ręczników - jedynie po jednym dużym kąpielowym na osobę. Nieprzygotowana pościel dla 4 osób. Brak rolet w oknach sprawia, że rano jest bardzo jasno i ciężko zasnąć.
