Wygodne, czyste i zadbane mieszkanie w nowym bloku. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Obok mały hotel w którym można zjeść śniadanie. 10 minut spacerem do toruńskiego starego miasta. Zalecane wynajęcie miejsca parkingowego bowiem ulica jest zatłoczona i może być trudno na niej zaparkować.

Zbyt śliska podłoga pod prysznicem i brak półeczki pod prysznicem ,brak zegara na ścianie.

Mieszkanie blisko centrum, wygodny materac, wyposażenie mieszkania ok.
Pani od sprzątania wchodzi do mieszkania pomimo prośby aby poczekała na zewnątrz przy opuszczeniu mieszkania, kiedy ja nie zdążyłem się jeszcze ubrać. Była nie uprzejma, pomimo prośby by poczekała dosłownie chwilę na zewnątrz. W apartamencie nie ma żadnych środków do mycia (dyspensor na mydło pusty), brak żelu pod prysznic, czy innych kosmetyków. Czystość w łazience wymaga poprawy. Kamień na armaturze, plamy na płytkach.
